Roast beef wasn't ready 30 minutes after they opened. It was going to be another 30 minutes. Cashier did not immediately return my money to me. He asked the manager twice as if it were up for debate. All they had to do was apologize and quickly refund my money.

Our 2nd visit to an Arby's in a week because we need adult sized food with adult flavored palate's.
Easy to locate off the interstate. Clean bathrooms and a fantastic staff. They kept apologizing for length of time to put our order together but we had a big order.
As stated in a different Arby's review, we just don't have one in our area so we made the most of it on our travels.

Entire meal was messed up and the drive thru service seemed extremely careless towards customers. Our food was thrown together and sandwiches barely had any meat.

Usually, our favorite chain, but my sandwich was not edible, really a mess. My wife ordered a chicken, bacon, Swiss sandwich with no mayonnaise. It came with mayonnaise and neither bacon nor Swiss. I ordered a gyro roast beef to replace my other sandwich, which was tasty but the pita was overtoasted. Very disappointing for one of our favorite chains. Not recommended.
Food was good for an Arby's but it was dirty....especially the bathrooms. If you just got food from the drive through might not have been so bad. Food was fresh and correct so did save it some.
