Got some curly fries which they made fresh. They actually made me feel nauseous. I don’t know if they were over-seasoned or what. They had a strong taste of cumin which I wasn’t aware was in the seasoning. Store needs to do a better job keeping drink area wiped down and clean. Drink syrup all over the counter. They were low on lids, one of the pump ketchups pumps was totally empty. The area just kinda looked nasty but friendly service though.*Edit* I reached out and went to the link that was provided in the response from Arby’s. At least a week has passed, and yet, nothing. What was the point of that? All I did was answer survey questions.

Bathroom was gross. Drink area was not clean. We chose to eat in our car. Food was good. Workers were nice.
Meant to scan the receipt and leave a review but it may have been thrown out accidentally. Theresa was probably the sweetest drive thru employee I’ve ever met. I travel on 95 quite a bit and would stop here again on purpose for that level of customer service.

SHRINKFLATION. WHERES THE BEEF ARBYS??!! I don't honestly know if this is a problem unique to this location or chain-wide but in either case, we won't be back for a while, if ever. The wife stopped at the "truck stop" exit for fuel and picked up dinner on the way home. A brisket sandwich meal, a fish sandwich meal, and two beef and cheddars came in at $40. $40! For that we could have had a sit down meal for two at a mid-level chain like Chili's. I was so shocked at the size of my "brisket" sandwich I weighed it: 5.8oz. Way less than 1/2 a pound including the bun, sauce, etc. And really, little more than 1/4 of a pound, 4 oz. It had less than half a thin 1/8" slice of a brisket flat between the two dry bin slices. Even after adding my own pickles, Onion and bbq sauce it only reached the 5.8 ounces. The flavor was ok. The fries were old, the drink was fine but with so little protein, it would have been laughable if it hadn't cost $13! The fish sandwich was "ok" but the pics in the commercials make the fish fillet appear to be 4-5" and hanging well beyond the border of the bun. Her fish sandwich fillet was 3" long at best and fit well within the border of her soggy bun and for $13, this was terrible. The biggest issue however was that after that expense, neither of us had eaten a meal and had to eat again later when our stomachs began to rumble and our blood sugars began to drop before going to bed. The beef and cheddars were left in the fridge for a "snack" for another time and we had to prepare another meal, so the trip to Arby's was not only a waste of money and time, but didn't even accomplish the most basic goal- to feed two people and provide a meal in exchange for the $40 cost. Shrinkflation or whatever you want to call it is here folks, and sadly you can get a bag of it at Arbys...

I ordered online and headed to the store when there was a emergency and i could not go get my order.The manager lady who took care of me 2 days later was soooo kinda and she deserves the 5 ☆s she is receiving!!!Thank you so much again!
cashier asked me to pull ahead and wait for my food No one was behind me i refused she said it was because she wanted to fool the timer on window ,i explained that what she was doing was dishonest and unlikely to improve service which is what it was designed

Excellent customer service! I had crinkle fries and my son had curly. It was so nice to get hot crunchy fries at a fast food restaurant! That in itself was worth it. In addition, the customer service was stellar, and our sandwiches were exactly what we had a taste for that day!
Place an order on the army's app because when you signed up you got 50% off your entire order which is fantastic because Arby's is expensive. I'm not sure if It was because we got 50% off the order but the food was awful It tasted like it was days old The only thing that was good was the vanilla milkshakes, We each got one so there was two, and the two Mello Yello's we're fantastic it's hard to find mellow yellow at any fast food restaurant especially in the Caroline county area. Because of the pathetic food I doubt we'll be coming to Arby's again anytime soon.
