Lots of parking, showers were clean. However they park any and every kind of way. Instead of paying 10.99 a pound at the restaurant for take out you'll be better off eating inside for $15.

DISCLAIMER: This post/information shown below is based solely on my opinion and experiences. This is the RITZ CARLTON of truck stops! **SHOWERS HERE ARE CLEAN, have plenty of HOT WATER and great WATER PRESSURE. The technicians (Ryan, etc.) keep the showers and bathrooms spotless. I like to come here during breakfast for the fresh Cinnabons.

Older lady who works at the Cinnabon is very rude. I waited my turn in line, when I got to the front of the line I asked how long for one of the cups that she was making that weren't ready yet & she blew me off saying she needed to get all the people behind me in line first. It's not freaking rocket science to cut one up & throw it in a cup. Everything was sitting in front of her. The guy in front of me he asked for a fork and she sarcastically tossed the bucket on the counter that was behind the glass. No Customer service at all! 0820 Sunday 3/7/21

Whole employee list rude as hell. No respect for vendors, barely any care for customers. Felt very impersonal and rushed and uncared for. Will not be staying here again.

This place is clean and the people responsible from all aspects of its operations are to be commended. Good vibes from the entire team.

It's a travel center, so no fancy food. However, the chicken biscuit is consistently fantastic, the place is always clean, and the staff quick and courteous. Coffee is tip top, and if you are going or coming from A. P. Hill it is a great place to stop, even if you have a dozen tactical vehicles.

Unpleasant and rude

Cinnabon counter in a truck stop. This place is a wonderfully smelling Cinnabon with polite staff and wonderful products. The other reviewer, while stating an opinion about sweets in general, gave this particular location only 1 star that had absolutely nothing to do with the people there, the quality of the product or the cleanliness of their counter area. All of which are top notch. Don't let the 1 star deter you from feeding your cinnamon bun hankering. Just remember: Moderation in all things;-)
