Great service....night management is great....

Quinn was fabulous when he delivered the pizza to our house. We appreciate his customer service and his great attitude. If I would be able to give him 10 stars, he would get them.

Frank was amazing!! He accommodated all of my needs to ensure all of our staff and students could have ann awesome end of the year pizza party. Delivery was on time and everything was great!

They did well with the order and were quick with it

Growing up here in Ladysmith in Caroline county VA and eating at various domino's, hands down nothing is better then your hometown pizza, even though dominos pizza brand is a chain food corp. Ladysmith dominos pizza in VA sets domino's bar a lot higher with their friendly and clean environment, the management and employees really make you and all their customers that I've spoken with that live here or are just passing thru feel like family, making that part of the domino's chain feel more like a family pizza joint, management and their team at Ladysmith has really done a lot for this community and has helped my family as well in time of need, I give domino's in Ladysmith 10 stars and want to say they rank number 1 in my family and we are blessed to have them here in Ladysmith

This location is operated by incompetent people. Something goes entirely wrong, without fail, for every order. I blame the general manager for lacking the ability to properly train his younger staff. Inept cannot lead.

Food is dominoes so it’s all the same. I called to place an order the guy couldn’t hear me so I placed it online. I go in to the store to pick it up and guy again cannot hear me. I’m not a soft speaker either. I’m in sales so I have a loud voice. He tells me to speak up I begin talking extremely loudly my name. He gets my order and I leave. I received none of my dipping sauces so the sides I ordered are going to waste now because no one likes dry food. Wish I could get half my money back but I don’t want to call and complain just to hear what 24 times.

They sometimes leave the pizza in the oven too long. Burnt edges

This store refuses to pie cut my thin crust, 3 orders 3 square cuts despite selecting pie.

I messed up order online and manager took care of it ASAP.

On February 13, 2025, I ordered a small Garlic Parmesan Pizza with sausage. I went home and ate my pizza before heading to bed. Three hours later, before my wake up time to get ready for work, I woke up vomiting, three times; and felt stomach pains, nausea, fatigue, and diarrhea. In other words: food poisoning! This affected me throughout Valentine's Day as I went to work at employer, feeling nothing but chills and exhaustion. The symptoms didn't last until yesterday, I feel a lot better.

So to Dominos, if you're reading this, do me a favor and check what sauce or cheese or meat you used to cook my pizza isn't expired and retrain your employees about personal hygiene.

Had a pizza from there the other day. It was perfection! Frank is an amazing manager, you can tell he really cares. His employees are lucky to work for him.

A driver who said he lives in Lake Land Or could not find our address in Lake Land Or. Could not locate our address on his phone. We've had many pizzas delivered here over the months and years. Maybe he didn't feel like driving in the rain.
