I see why their rating is their rating. This location closes at 7 PM… I arrived at 1830 and place a mobile order… Only to get to the drive-through and hear that they’re closed so, upon going in I asked, how do I cancel my mobile order as you guys are closed, which is annoying because this is now 30 minutes prior to closing… A young female informed me that I have to call customer service… Which is very annoying because, why the hell are y’all closing down 30 minutes early?? Like I get starting to close down, but you guys are completely closed down, and the only thing you have left is donuts…
Then she goes on to say that she’s not sure how the mobile order even went through, because mobile ordering is supposed to stop at 1730!! Are you freaking kidding me? Why does your mobile ordering stop at 1730… (5:30)PM??! Completely ridiculous and not to mention that a medium iced caramel coffee cost four dollars at this shanty ass location! Despicable.

38 min for 4 Bagels and 2 drinks. Then the food was cold when was given. Egg is still from. Absolutely horrible experience. This place should get people who actually want to work, and make food the right way insted of slacking.

Was told give me a minute. 5 minutes later I order a bagel and they say they aren’t serving food because they are closing soon. They close at 7PM, this was at 5:50PM
Waiting in drive through for 25min which was unacceptable. Other customers were very frustrated and when we inquired why so long the staff indicated they had to address 2 other mobile orders.

Love Dunkin, but service was absolutely terrible. I am short, 5ft3in. Was only person in line, and no one was in drive-through. Waited 10 min. Waved hands, called out, leaned over the counter, etc. 4 other people came in and waited with me. I was still jumping and waving my hands. Finally, one of the taller people spoke up. The workers worked on putting up supplies instead of waiting on customers. Very disappointed in a Dunkin. This was the worst service ever in a Dunkin. Only wanted 6 donuts and coffee.

The drink I ordered didnt have a lot of flavor for a caramel latte. Also, since when is Dunkin charging 7.20 for ONE DRINK?! The service was also subpar. I stood in line for probably 10 minutes before anyone took my order and Im assuming that's because the cashier was also training the one other person there who was making drinks. The drive thru was closed.
