Can we take our time acknowledging that you have customers waiting for service? 2 staff 1 doing orders for drive thru the other talking on the phone while the manager comes from the storage area to tell the staff to take our order....thank goodness we are driving through and most likely will not be back

On 1/20/25, I had a great experience at this location. The customer service i had was very nice and the guy gave me a very nice compliment and made me smile. I ordered a Signature latte and it was delicious!

I come here every time I head home from RVA and there is a reason for that. My drink is always amazing, the staff here is always so kind and patient, and they are super efficient too. If you have the pleasure of meeting Avian you are the luckiest person ever. Such an amazing person to interact with.

Stopped at 6am the day after Christmas. Refueled and went in for a quick breakfast for the road. Got in the car and started driving. Both breakfast sandwiches had cold eggs. Couldn’t even eat them. Munchkins were fine but they had no muffins on the menu which would have been much preferred. Coffee is good. That’s about it. Service was good and friendly. Definitely won’t stop here again because of the food. Will go a few more exits and try another one next time.

Ordered hot coffee, was barely warm. Replacement, barely warm. Drive thru took forever. No social niceties or apologies. Worst Dunkin’ ever. Realized later we’d been here before - when it took 30mins for an order. Still the worst.
