Morning & Daytime crews are great. I don’t know what halfway house you got your late night crew from but please please please find better, more competent staff. Came thru drive thru after a late return from a track meet. Ordered on my mobile app, as you prefer your customers to do. Pulled up to the 2nd drive thru window. Checked in on app to say I was there. Waited. Crickets. After about 3 minutes , another car pulls up to the first window. Their order is taken immediately. So at this point I pull around to explain that no one assisted me at the speaker & that I’ve checked in and they should have my order. You know this little meth addict looking girl told me to go back to the speaker and give her the code. Ikyfl. I ask for the manager. She points to an obese woman who is already literally bumping elbows with her as she wipes up some soda or something out the machine. Obese lady never turns her head or addresses me. I then ask for obese chicks manager. I’m informed that I will need to come back at 6 am. Cool. Big bet. I sure will. In the meantime I pull back around to give the code so I could get the receipt with the customer service info. I give code , pull around, wait another 5-6 minutes. She hands me a bag .. no receipt. Aht Aht Aht …. I need a receipt! ATP she knew I was finna write corporate an ESSAY with words so big she’d never be able to decipher with her drug deteriorated mind. She says with an attitude” I can print you one”.. yep I know tf you can. There’s a male with long greasy hair roaming around behind her giggling with his hygienically neglected mouth .. THEN I open the bag … COLD fries .. COLD HARD sandwich .. I had no plans to eat the sh!t anyway at this point but wtf was u waiting on if the food was gonna be cold ??? Ohhh I see…. You was trying to be funny .. lol ok.. well guess what .. imma comedian

The worst drive up ordering. We were behind 1 person to order. The other order lane empy. When it was our turn they instead did not ask us what we wanted. Instead they took 3 orders from cars pulling up to the other ordering lane while we sat there. Very frustrating and unfair. Notr did they respond when we inquired why they did that. Really pissed and will go out of my way to avoid ordering from you when traveling.

So after my disastrous encounter at the McDonald's in Ladysmith, I decided to try this one. I love my Daily Doubles...lol This place was by far so much more friendly and amazing. Service was on point. Young man who took my order and servd food as polite and very friendly. Food was fresh and hot. Not to mention the price was $4.00 cheaper than the other mcdonalds that was one exit north!! Good job guys.
This McDonald's was clean and aell kept. I ordered off a kiosk, and my food was served moments later. The food was hot and prepared nicely. There's ample parking, and they have 2 drive up lanes.

Normally I don’t this this but I just the worst experience here. Pulled up in drive thru and was asked “what I wanted”, not hi welcome to McDonald’s. Ordered and then told to move up. I paid and wasn’t told thank you or anything. Just move up to next windows. I ordered a number five at 1031. Which should’ve been the lunch menu. Wasn’t told they were still serving breakfast. I received a number 5 breakfast, when I told them this was wrong. I was told that they don’t serve lunch until 1030, I explained to them that its now 1033. I believe the it was the manager? That told me they were short staffed and that I wasn’t going to be able to get what I wanted. Even when I told them I’d wait… which is an absolutely crazy response as a customer. I then asked for a refund and was granted a refund. As a customer and someone that works in customer service this should never happen.
