never in my life have i waited longer for fast food and when the food came my breakfast burrito stuck to the inside of the l paper it was wrapped in, my coffee tasted like cold tap water and caffeine, and they forgot my hash brown so I had to go back in and get it back. the arby’s or exon across the street would be a better bet.

This place was terrible, it made us wait in line for at least 30 min when there was 3 people in the two lines combined

Lost N Da Swamp

Did the order on the mobile app as I pulled up into the parking lot and by the time I got inside it was ready for me. The place was packed too drive-through was wrapped around the building and the parking lot was almost full. The best McDonald’s I’ve been to in forever.

I have passed by this store for years to go to the Thornburg McDonald’s. It’s 10 minutes further from home but I can get served faster and my order is correct. The few times I have stopped at Ladysmith the wait is long and the food not up to par.

Forgot drinks, eggshells in my egg McMuffin. While at drive thru, my bag was handled to me dripping wet from soapy water. Garbage food. Go to the Wawa across the street

Terrible, TERRIBLE service. The food took a long time to receive, our order was wrong, no sauces were given, no spoons for mcflurries were given, no toy in the happy meal was given! I can go on forever about this place! I do not recommend coming here! The bathroom was very badly taken care of and was dirty. The service was terrible. When we went up to make things right about our order, they gave us attitude and threw our things, we asked for, to us. Unacceptable behavior. This place is just terrible all in all.

Waited in the drive through for 40 mins.
When the drive through operator was questioned by cars in front of us you could hear the operator telling the customers to drop there attitude and go to a different place if they had a problem waiting. Very poor experience

Among the worst McDonald's I've ever been to regarding service, and that's saying something. I've waited more than 45 minutes to receive food in the drive through in the evening time, when its supposed to be less trafficked.

The McDonald's app won't let you cancel orders any longer either.

The Arby's next door is much better.

Everytime I come to this location , the frappe machine is down. It doesn’t matter what time of the day I come, early , mid day or late, I have always been told it’s down. The McDonald’s off of the 104 exit is amazing, they have great customer service and they have never told me that their frappe machine is down , I highly recommend that location instead of the ladysmith location. I highly suggest management to look into this.
