50/50 chance on getting the correct meal or remembering to add everything. Also had some trouble with them putting the correct order in. Convenience-wise off the highway is okay, definitely check your food and receipt.

Never received my food. It was the middle of the afternoon, they weren't busy, and they had plenty of staff there. Something must be seriously wrong with the management/owner. I've never seen a McDonalds that is so poorly run. Just trying to get my money back at this point.

Update:
I tried to contact them using the link in the response. I was told someone would reach out to me. A week later I still never heard anything from them. I had to issue a charge back on my credit card to get my money back. Absolutely abhorrent customer service. I will never go here again.

Diane is freaking amazing she is so kind. She brought us our food and was so pleasant. We just had a long day from Kings Dominion and she was just a wonder breathe of fresh air. 100% stopping here vs Burger King.

Perfect Irony

Waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes because I already ordered on the app and they’re taking 1 order every 15 minutes

This has by farrrr! the worst McDonald’s evverrr! Sit there for 15 minutes in drive thru Along with other people in line no sorry for wait then they had every order wrong .get to window and still give wrong order . Talked very snotty and slow to you . It doesn’t deserve 1 star .

I feel really sorry for the manager that had to be on shift the night we came here. She was very stressed and came across as rude at first but you could see she was upset about the conditions at the McDonald’s. They were extremely short staffed and long lines at the drive thru. We ordered at the drive thru but I ended up going inside and asking for our food. She asked her coworker “didn’t you lock the door?”(it was 10:15pm) and he said he forgot. She kind of rudely said it was only her and him at the restaurant to serve. But when I didn’t say anything and just kind of looked sympathetic at her she kind of calmed down and even became friendly when she asked what sauces I wanted with my nuggets.
I feel so sorry for her and her colleagues

It's a regular McDonald's. Nothing fancy. The bathrooms are kinda dirty. There is no service since the food is ordered on kiosks.
