1)Long, sloooow drive through! This particular McDonald's has taken the "fast" out of fast food!2) Lobby locked ALL the time? Why?3) Majority of the employees are pleasant. However, there is always a few who complain "it always so busy" and "I can't take a break".. Here's a clue for ya...ITS A 'FAST' FOOD RESTAURANT ??‍♂️

Nice, pleasant workers.The dining area was clean, but the bathrooms were dirty.The commode lid left up by a little boy in front of me revealed disgusting filth under seat and on rim. Bowl was dirty and stained. The floors were wet from leaking commode and also very dirty.

Doors stay locked 24/7 basically!!! Cold food Slow Slow service and do not do curbside service that take at least 30 mins plus just to sit and waste gas straight up horrible slow service need better management/employees that do their jobs and do not lock the doors 24/7

Tried to go inside at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and the doors were locked, one family was coming out but no one else was inside. Drive thru was open with a very long line. As travelers who needed a restroom and food we wound up going to Sheetz.

Dirty and smelly bathroom with no toilet paper

Went to use the men’s restroom and there was no toilet paper at all so I went up front to inform them and then waited at the counter for someone to come out and refill it but instead I could overhear them walking in the back, giggling and laughing about how I’m standing there waiting for toilet paper Very unprofessional and childlike behavior not something you should expect from a mom and Pop restaurant, let alone a international company

Bathroom definitely needs dusting and cleaning. Dust and stains everywhere. So much dust on toilet paper holder, soap dispenser, baby changing station, top of the toilet flushing area, top of the trash can...too for the trash can needs fixing, and used toilet papers in the corners. And it's just one big, humongous one bathroom, stall compare to how small the restaurant was. Casher did not smileand loomed as though she didn't want to be there, talking to us in one monotone.
