I am a regular and loyal customer who comes here every day. I am a truck driver, and I purchase fuel at this Loves location daily. At the same time, I also buy my meals from the Subway here.
Over the past few days, I have observed disturbing and unprofessional behavior from two Subway employees toward me. When I try to place my order, they look at each other, whisper among themselves, and I feel that my order is being intentionally delayed or that they are reluctant to serve me.
The individuals involved are a young female employee and a tall, long-haired Black male employee working at the Subway counter.
I am a paying customer. No one has the right to disturb my peace, make me feel uncomfortable, or subject me to discriminatory treatment.
If an employee does not wish to serve customers, they should not be working in a customer-service position. If this behavior continues, I will formally report the situation to Loves management and, if necessary, to law enforcement authorities on the grounds of discrimination and poor service.
I simply want to come here, purchase my food, and continue my route in peace. My only request is to be treated with respect and professionalism. ‼️☝️

Stopped for a quick bite between Philly and Raleigh and we were pleasantly surprised. Service was crazy fast (as well as friendly) and the subs were great. It’s a truck stop, so it’s pretty busy but they were incredibly efficient. Highly recommend.

5:45 am. 12/22/24 Loves employee says subway is open 24 hours. Chunky young pasty white dude with dark hair at subway refused to server me. This loves just lost my local daily fueling. I'm a local truck driver. I need to be able to count on food.

We came in at 10:40 the web site say they are open 24/7 the lock the door.. so we had to come in tho the store then we got thare and the Manager on duty was so rude to the guest in front of us give a hard time when he was trying to get some food.. and then she was making are sub and being Disrespectful to a co work. In all would like to say She was not being very professional in front of the guest.. I'm so disappointed 😞 on and ps don't have salad on the menu if you can't make thim.

Worst place and worst food i have ever get from subway. There’s girl with blonde curly hair her name is EVE she really need to learn customer service and how to make sandwiches. She have extra attitude with zero skills. Management should give training to employees.

Ms. Ashlee was one of the few employees that made you feel welcomed. The food is what you typically expect of subway / gas station. The parking is limited. somewhat dusty, and the floors show dirt from the high traffic.
