Stopped here while on the road because I wanted to try the sweet onion teriyaki chicken which is the current Tuesday 6.99 special. We're going to break it down below:

The good: sandwich maker and cashier were polite and professional. Veggies on the sandwich were crunchy and appeared fresh(ish).

The bad: the sandwich is supposed to be a HOT sandwich, I got a mildly warm sandwich where the cheese was partially melted and the chicken was COLD. Needless to say, I did not enjoy the sandwich, plus all the chunks of already sauced chicken kept falling out of the sandwich.

The DISGUSTING: the ladies bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks if not months. The sink was dingy with caked on grime and the toilet was just 🤢

online promo code FLBOGO wasn’t honored. Terrible experience. I made a huge mistake eating here. (Attempting). I think they used a can of ravioli as the base of my sub. I thought the meatballs were chunks of . I don’t know if the Parmesan cheese or the meatballs were aged longer. But hey that recipe isn’t working. I ended up curb stomping this sandwich obviously. Hopefully a snow plow will finish the rest of it before an animal gets hurt

Food was not good or fresh. Subway Club and the roast beef was balled up on the sandwich. Did not toast the cheese, just a mess. I was not going to eat this at all and I got a refund. Even the cookies were nasty (how the cookies be nasty too?) Just ridiculous

Usually, I like Subway, but this shop should be closed down and deep cleaned and the staff retrained before someone becomes very sick. I was there two weeks ago. Three young people were staffing the restaurant at the time. One appeared to be a manager. They were polite, and to be charitable, perhaps they would do a good job if they had been properly trained and managed in basic restaurant hygiene. Yet, you would think even some basic common sense would inform them that you just don't open a business to the public in this kind of condition. This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to IN MY LIFE of six decades. Given what the public area looked like, I shudder to think what the food prep area in the back is like. I entered the ladies restroom to wash my hands after I ordered. The men's room was out of order so my son had to use the ladies room, too. If I had gone to the bathroom FIRST, I would have walked out without ordering. I should have just left, anyway. It was evident that the restroom had not been cleaned in a VERY long time. It shocks me that the staff may use it. The toilet was covered with dry fecal matter. The floors and sink and door were absolutely filthy. The sink was CRUSTED over with dirty and soap scum in the basin and everywhere. The dining room was almost just as bad as the restrooms. There was trash on the floors. Every table surface was dirty. The drink station was a dirty, sticky mess. The floor was dirty and dusty and did not appear to have been swept, much less mopped at any recent time, dust bunnies in all crevices. Not ONE surface in this place was passably clean.

Ordered Ahead, asked for order, did not receive order and got completely ignored. No one else in store, just completely ignored. Waited 10mins for my sandwich that was pre-made before i arrived. After raising my voice, I finally got my order. They didn’t apologize nor say a word to me. Skinny white male was talking to friends when I arrived and then his friends left and he went to the back after asking for my pickup order. A girl came out and gave the order. Horrible customer service and poor quality in food. Completely ice cold and not up to standards.

My sandwich was cold and sitting on the counter waited 15 mins for my subs way it was already ready fire the white dude working the closing shift on July 28th he was more worried about his friends than my food

We stopped here for a late lunch and ordered two sandwiches online for pickup but decided to eat in the store. I’m not being dramatic when I say this but our entire order was messed up - not 1 or 2 wrong ingredients, it was like 3+ per sandwich??

They added ingredients that we didn’t ask for and also didn’t include things we DID ask for. They used the wrong bread for one of the sandwiches, didn’t include any of the sauces we asked for? We let the associate working know they messed up our order and he gave us a blank stare and responded “ok what’s wrong with it?” We showed him the sandwich and then our receipt with what we asked for and he said he could give us a refund.

It’s not even about the money, it’s the principal! what if someone was allergic to one of the vegetables and didn’t double check?! I get mistakes happen, but this was honestly ridiculous because it was multiple items per order.

Also one of the boys working had quite long hair and was not wearing a hair net/just had his hair out.

This place is run by teenagers/ young adults. They are normally doing things that they shouldn't be at a place of business, but whatever I get my food and go. This evening however one of the guys decided to jump on the counter then onto a table then to the floor. Come on guys do better. Yes have fun at work but also be respectable at your job.

Definitely would not recommend the 2 girls that are in there currently do not have there hair up. Touching there hair with gloves and continue to make the sandwiche. Putting new lettuce ontop of old lettuce that is brown & rotting away. Laughing at an old man trying to use the restroom because he couldn’t figure out how to open the door. Called multiple times they hang up and laugh when asking for management number. Never will eat at this location. I will be contacting health inspector & corporate.

Sad they can't make sandwiches right called them then hang the phone up on you put extra meat on wrong sandwiches and I hate wheat. everytime I order on line they can't get it right.
