Every time I come through the drive thru around 7-8pm, the food is horrible. Messed up my $64 order again. 8 nacho cheese tacos, 1 chicken chalupa, and 1 cantina bowl. Cantina bowl is horrible. And my chicken chalupa has heavy amounts of sour cream when I asked for no sour cream. Last week I got the same order, and all 8 nacho cheese tacos had cheese on them when I specifically asked for no cheese because my kids won’t eat it with cheese. These kids at night shift don’t care, the food is cold and they’re just messing around joking around with each other probably even on their phones and it’s no line either when i come. I don’t want a refund because the food is so bad I’m scared to know what they would really do to the food worse than what they’re doing now.

The new lady at front mixed with curly hair was very rude and not wanting to do her job annoyed we didn’t order at the kiosk she was sorta big with curly hair and very very rude she scoffed at us made the order wrong and didn’t even call us to get it slammed the bag down said nothing and walked away on top of all that she gave us expired Gaucomole, do better she charged me extra for the extra sour cream I asked for only to not give it

Came through for an online order and asked additionally about the nacho fries (due to child not asking for them when I ordered online).
Was told they didn't have those right now (which i understood). I then was about to ask if they had any other cheese fries (I dont go taco bell very often maybe once every 4 months) when I was cut off and snapped at by the employee on the speaker saying yet again we dont have those right now.
Now I do understand she has probably gotten that question 100,000 times today, but that still doesn't justify treating people badly.
