I go to taco bell all the time and the service is always inconsistent, I'd say 1/3 of the time my order is wrong and 50% of the time they forget the no sour cream. However the times when my food is correct and made well it is the best fast food around

I went through drive thru and ordered a soft taco combo, when i got home (30 minutes away) I had been given a nasty burrito with hot fritos in it. The lady at the window had great customer service but maybe checking the order before hanging it off would be a great asset as well.

Good food quality and clean restaurant at Exit 104 on I-95. My usual gas stop between NoVa and Richmond. Only downside is that it's located at the far end of the gas stops and away from the on ramps back to 95.

The tall young man who worked here on Sunday Oct 6 gave us exceptional service. I highly recommend stopping here👍 We wanted an item that is no longer on the menu and he made it possible for us to still order it
