Not much help from staff as they were reluctant to take order late in night and told us they cannot and then manager showed up and they prepared order. It means they were simply bored and didnot wanted us to order.

Clean location with friendly and competent staff. But you have to pay for water: 82 cents a cup or buy bottled water. (You can't even fill water at the self-service soda machine--it's not an option).

I came in at 1:30 to pickup an online order. I noticed many people going in and leaving with food while my order was not even being prepared. After 10 minutes of my order saying it was ready I asked an employee where my food was. They did not respond to me and just put their head down. I continued asked about my order with no help. After another 5 mins I was given my order without a word. They forgot my nachos and gave me a paper thin quesadilla. This location is slowly getting worse

Quick and attentive
