I just left this place. This could be a long list of grievances, so I'llsay this, Last time it was the grits, this time it's grits and waffle. I'm sure they want us in and out, but stop pre cooking/preparing the stuff before customers order it. This is not the first time I've seen this. I've bragged about this location and it's food. Today it's try a different location or don't come in wee hours .$17 wasted, I think I'm done with waffle house. FOR NOW

I went at midnight and they said we dont have any gravy and biscuits. (Its on the menu) I ordered a waffle, grits (more like paste) and bacon so salty i couldn't eat one piece. I have been before and it was great food. Im not sure why the food was so bad this last time.

Waited so long we left as there were only 2 people working , 1 server who didnt even talk to us in the 20 minutes we were seated which didn't seem likely to change anytime soon and the slowest cook ive seen at a waffle house ever

I arrived and did not get my food for at least 45 minutes. There was one worker making food and he broke a plate and then took a very alarmingly long time to clean and start making food. The staff was not helpful rarely asked if we needed anything and didn’t check on us while we waited. We were missing items when it was given to us and nobody even tried to get it to us quickly when they realized. No accommodations. Foods all came out at seperate long intervals so we all had to wait. The atmosphere was not where near welcoming at all the workers were rude. Nobody greeted us or acknowledged us when we were there. They treated everyone around us with more respect and got to them quicker and we were there first. I felt unwelcome and unwanted. The whole place was dirty and unsanitary. Do NOT recommend going here ever. Go to Dennys across the street.

This was my third time giving Waffle House a try. The first two visits left me a little disappointed with the food, but this time I modified my order and chose something different, everything turned out perfectly! I forgot to include a pic of my fried hard waffle which excellent.
Our server, Cheyenne, was incredibly sweet and made the experience even better. The location itself was very clean, and the atmosphere was relaxed, which made dining in comfortable and stress-free.
I loved being able to pick songs without competing with a pre-set playlist whereas other location Smithfield . Overall, I’m really glad I WH another chance, it definitely changed my opinion.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the water had a sour taste. I later found out it may have been from the sulfur powder they use not being fully dissolved. We then opted for bottled drinks.
