Went in with my two little girls. Had to get my own high chair and nobody acknowledged us for the first five minutes after we sat. Nobody so much as said hello or we will be right with you.I decided to go to the register and ask if I could order my food. The lady had an attitude about it - not sure why. I just wanted to order and nobody was giving me service. She didn’t let me order and I still didn’t know who was server was. After 3-4 more minutes of nobody coming by I got up and left with my girls.For the record, it also wasn’t too busy. There were about 3 other open tables and nobody waiting. So it’s not like they were slammed and struggling. Me and my girls love Waffle House. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this location. It could’ve been totally different if they were simply polite, understanding or even just communicated a tiny bit with me.

Had to stop to take a break from driving in the snow squalls, from NY to NC. Being #carnivore everyone was accommodating. Waitress was friendly, chef was on point.Dietary restrictions: They're accommodating. My zero carb life was not negatively affected. I was able to mix menu selections to remove carbs and plants.

Fast service. Eggs overdone, toast cold. Steak overdone. Nicely cooked bacon. Orange juice expensive but worth it, great fresh taste. Lots of waffle choices. Great serving sizes.Recommend the waffle bowl. Staff friendly, a little distracted. Plenty of seating. Rest room clean. Easy access from main roads. Handicapped parking and accessible.

I would actually have to say that this visit to Waffle House was good. As soon as I walked in the door, the cook greeted me with a big smile. "Welcome to waffle house. How is your day" My order was taken very fast. My food was even to me. Master very good meal. The eggs are good, perfect over easy beautiful waffles, coffee, nice and hot. But I wanna thank you guys.

I stopped in here on a trip to visit my mother in PA. I stopped in for what else a waffle and some good coffee. The coffee was hot and strong enough. The waffle was good, but the entertainment is watching the workers who say so much w just a look . I was entertained. The waitress was loud...the place was hopping!! Grabbed a seat at the bar which I normally would not do

Waffle House24148 Welcome Way DriveRuther Glen, VA 22546I was traveling with my Mom for the Thanksgiving Holiday and we stopped at this location (beside the Post Office) while traveling. The dining room wasn't busy, so the food was fast and fresh.However, the customer service and overall demeanor of the entire staff left a lot to be desired from the moment we walked in. We almost left had it not been for a friendly customer who vouched for them...she even sensed that something was off with them and tried to make us feel welcomed.Our waitress, nor anyone else from the staff asked if we needed anything as we ate...had to request coffee refills several times, etc. No need to ask for the Manager as the regular customer pointed her out behind the counter...she even seemed to be in a bad mood as I overheard her complaining and saying she couldn't wait until it was 4 o'clock. Oh well, it was 12N, so good luck to whoever visited this location during the remaining 4 hours. I should've driven a few miles down I-95 to the next location from the start. And, for the record, I still tipped her...smh
