The service was rather slow, and the food did not meet our expectations.

Stood at counter for 15 min as drive thru guests were served. I was clearly ahead of all of them, as I could hear them taking new orders at window. A worker tried to help but mgr ( wouldn’t make eye contact) told him to stay on line making food. I finally asked her “ Should I go get in my car and go thru drive thru?” She said something along lines of ‘I don’t care’ ( could not understand her English). Went next door to Flying J, not what I wanted, but didn’t want a 45 min fast food stop.
If ever a location NEEDED a self order kiosk, this one is it. 1/15/26 about 11:45 am.

After two disappointing visits in a row, I felt it was worth sharing my experience.
Last night around 6 pm, I went inside to place an order and was told there would be about a 20-minute wait before orders could be taken. After waiting about 10 minutes, an employee said she would only be taking one more order. There was a family of four behind me, so I chose not to order so they could. As I was leaving, I heard the employee tell the family she would not be taking their order either because they were not making food for that many people. At the time, we were the only customers in the lobby, and there was only one car in the drive-thru.
Today, I decided to give it another chance since I was still craving Wendy’s. I ordered my usual: a Biggie Bag with a bacon double stack and a pineapple mango drink. I was immediately concerned when I was handed a strawberry lemonade instead, without a lid, but chose not to say anything.
When I sat down to eat, the nuggets were cold and hard. The fries were also cold and undercooked. Finally, I opened the sandwich and realized it was a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger instead of the bacon double stack. Since I don’t eat lettuce, tomato, or mayo, I wasn’t able to eat that either.
Unfortunately, the entire meal was wasted. Between the long waits, incorrect orders, and poor food quality, this location needs significant improvement.
I was absolutely starving on the way home from work so I stopped. My food was cold but I was so hungry and in a hurry so I just ate it.

Holly cow. Do not go here unless you have an hour to wait for your food. If you do make sure you check it before you leave. Then when your order is wrong they blame you. I hope they can figure out a way to make it better. Because I love a Wendy's that works well and is indeed Fast Food.

Place has the ambience of a prison cafeteria where the inmates serve the food. This place has gone down the hill(all the way down) in the decades I’ve traveled and stopped here traveling 95. Whomever owns this property doesn’t care about the way it looks, the employees they hire, or the quality of food they serve. Wondering if it has changed hands. It used to be much more easy on the eyes. It’s dirty not family friendly now.

Drive through woman asks for cash, if you have no cash you have to come inside the place. Bathroom are filthy dirty. I am sure owner has no clue if this employee is pocketing the cash lol

Food was completely fine (if a bit slow, but it was a big travel day). Docking a star because the men's restroom was in fairly dire shape, though still usable.

I have been coming to this place for 20 years and it has steadily been going downhill. They are always understaffed and the toilets are always dirty and never have towels.

Not the most hygienic experience. A cook was standing in the kitchen rubbing his stomach under his shirt while wearing gloves and scratching his body. The drink station and napkin area had not been wiped down. Additionally, I was given a Cinnabon pull-apart without frosting. When I asked about this, I was told the freezer could not be opened.

Save yourself the time and headache. Sat in drive thru to be told cash only. Then told we had to come inside to order. Went inside because we came of the insterstate to go here on a long commute. Manager and workers simply ignored all guests in line then got an attitude when another guest asked if someone was going to take their order. Needless to say everyone in line decided to leave at that time. Employees and management who are rude, clearly don't want to work or care about their work, fuss infront of guests and then complained about guests to other guests. Costing Wendy's business and tarnishing the brand. Checking the reviews upon leaving this clearly seems to be an ongoing issue at this location. Unfortunate for Wendy's. Corporate should visit this location. Do better people!
