Did curbside pickup for my order and waited 15-20 mins and came home and the kids meal was missing the 6 piece McNugget. So I had one child with food and one child without food when I got home. It’s a 20 minute drive to go back so I called and of course had to leave a voicemail and no return call. I called again and spoke to Eddie who said he was the manager and tried to blame everyone else for the mistake. Saying he just came back from break. But it had been an hour since the order was placed so surely his break didn’t last an hour. We have been through the drive thru and half the workers take off outside to the parking lot arguing and fighting with someone. It’s rediculous and obviously they need to drug test these employees. I have made multiple complaints and nothing done within the store. Tomorrow I will be calling the owners and I am going to push to see change there. It’s been let go until it’s gotten out of hand.

Just spent over $20 on two burgers and a nugget meal and I can't even eat any of it. Nuggets are cold and hard, latte machine was broken (again), and the mayo on the burgers is insane. both buns drowning in it, leaking out the wrapper. Completely sloppy and inedible. Sitting in the parking lot pissed off. Total waste of money.

Waited in drive through line for 15 minutes. I was the second person to pull up in line. People behind me started going through the second drive through line. 10 people were waited on and who were behind me and my order still was not taken by the staff. I pulled out and did not buy anything. This is the 4th time this McDonald's has messed up my experience there. Other times, they mess my order up so bad its not funny. This is the worst McDonald's in our area.

When you pay for a large meal, you expect to get your large meal. I ordered a large fry, and ended up with a medium fry in a large container. Maybe stop being so greedy and do your job it's not that hard to put fries in a container

Girl working to drive through was not very polite and didn't care about customer service at all management didn't seem to care when I went into complain also would not recommend this McDonald's at all !!!
This restaurant has really become a regular favorite. I have made this my usual stop for morning coffee. The lady who takes my order, Ashley, always greets me with a cheerful hello and has consistently makes my coffee perfect. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves satisfied... even my 6month old puppy. Great service quick!

I pulled up after being ignored in the drivethrough for 15 minutes and was handed a mcflurry which I did not order and told oops just keep it what did you have. After another 10 minutes I was told to go to spot 3. I waited another 30 minutes before going inside where I was told my food was lost and would take 20 minutes to remake. It then took another 10 minutes to get my refund. The place was a mess, I was bullied by workers and talked about. I will not be going back and instead driving all the way to the next McDonald's from now on if I even eat at a McDonald's again. I will also be going to corporate with this

Not even worth a star rating I hate McDonald’s anymore my wife and I have went to different ones and it’s always the same thing you have to wait a stupid amount of time only to find out that 9 times outta 10 your order isn’t even right or close to being right this particular McDonald’s I seen with my own eyes a puppy going from a out of state car into the first window and out the window you get your food which means the pup was carried through the kitchen worst place to ever eat I’m done with all McDonald’s

Once again they messed up my order. It's the only McDonalds for miles. I called when I got home and explained that this wasn't the first time and the young man apologized and said they were doing the best they could with 2 people. I'm not trying to be mean but how is that my problem? I don't get a discount when the meals are wrong. I would happily wait a few minutes and know my grandkids are happy. Also, please stop the person that runs food out to waiting vehicles that they shouldn't be vaping while walking to someone's car food in hand. Sounds like the manager needs to hire better people. There is a Taco Bell and a Hardee's in the same town, maybe they'll appreciate my business.
