One of the worst McDonald's I've ever dealt with. They never get the orders right and if they do they give it to the wrong person, we ordered 3 mcvalue meals and they swore they fixed everything after again giving the order to the wrong person and so my girlfriend got home only to find out the 3 orders of chicken nuggets we was supposed to have wasn't even in the bag. No more St Paul McDonalds for us.

By far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The service is consistently slow, and almost every order results in being pulled forward to wait, even for simple items. Food is rarely ready in a timely manner.
I’ve had multiple incorrect orders, missing items, and my drinks forgotten more than once. The lobby drink machine has been out of ice, and one side appeared to be out of soda syrup, making drinks unusable.
The biggest problem is management. Managers are dismissive and argumentative when feedback is given. When I complained, a manager told me, “There’s a Hardee’s across the street if you don’t like our service.” Completely unprofessional.
Managers also seem bothered by customers ordering inside and have rolled their eyes at people trying to order at the counter. Something seriously needs to change at this location.

wish i could leave no stars, the service was rude and they acted like they didnt care about anyone, we paid for two large frapes and when i questioned them about it they claim it was when it clearly wasnt and when we got our food the fries where short and the burgers didnt have what we ordered

I'm so tired of paying big money for nothing. Got a double quarter meal...16 dollars. Got home fries about 1/2 full. This is not a mistake. It's ripping people off. By far not the first time. I will NEVER be back. Bye Mcripoff.

Did curbside pickup for my order and waited 15-20 mins and came home and the kids meal was missing the 6 piece McNugget. So I had one child with food and one child without food when I got home. It’s a 20 minute drive to go back so I called and of course had to leave a voicemail and no return call. I called again and spoke to Eddie who said he was the manager and tried to blame everyone else for the mistake. Saying he just came back from break. But it had been an hour since the order was placed so surely his break didn’t last an hour. We have been through the drive thru and half the workers take off outside to the parking lot arguing and fighting with someone. It’s rediculous and obviously they need to drug test these employees. I have made multiple complaints and nothing done within the store. Tomorrow I will be calling the owners and I am going to push to see change there. It’s been let go until it’s gotten out of hand.

Just spent over $20 on two burgers and a nugget meal and I can't even eat any of it. Nuggets are cold and hard, latte machine was broken (again), and the mayo on the burgers is insane. both buns drowning in it, leaking out the wrapper. Completely sloppy and inedible. Sitting in the parking lot pissed off. Total waste of money.

Had to wait thirty mins on food when I got it it was cold and thrown together this is sad for the price will not be back this is not how you operate any business
Pulled me for 15 minutes for an ice cream cone. Didn’t get the cone or a refund, I just left. Waste of my time.

Waited in drive through line for 15 minutes. I was the second person to pull up in line. People behind me started going through the second drive through line. 10 people were waited on and who were behind me and my order still was not taken by the staff. I pulled out and did not buy anything. This is the 4th time this McDonald's has messed up my experience there. Other times, they mess my order up so bad its not funny. This is the worst McDonald's in our area.

When you pay for a large meal, you expect to get your large meal. I ordered a large fry, and ended up with a medium fry in a large container. Maybe stop being so greedy and do your job it's not that hard to put fries in a container
