Horrible service had to yell out and ask to order. She said they were supper busy but they wasn’t I’m not blind and I have worked in food they also never said hello and looked at us several times as we just stood there for over 10 minutes waiting it was terrible customer service update! Just got home got food for 5 people and 3 peoples orders was wrong and they charged us for a whole other meal I guess that’s my fault for not noticing till too late but still horrible service

Was there at 12:55am on 7/27/25 which is technically the 28th and was told they could take my order and “Chris”the shift manager slammed the door in my face I had to call 20 times back to back just to get his name to make a report to corporate after they had told me, they can make my food he slammed the door in my face and told me to have a good night They were laughing about shutting drive-through down early

I over heard the gm saying he’s a drive through manager so I’m guessing that’s their only job is managing the drive through not the store

My favorite taco bell. Food is good service is good people are friendly. My only complaint is the dining room is small and there are no outdoor dining options. They should add a few picnic tables with the awning or shade outside. I said that was my only complaint but on a side note obviously still make breakfast

Pitiful is not the word me and my buddy pulled in 2 hours before closing and he ordered his stuff then I ordered mine everything I wanted they didn't have no meat then when we went to get out food they gave us his then I went to get mine and they forgot it and didn't make it all they was worried about is going home everything was cold tacos looked like hell didn't have anything on them if you want something to eat don't go to taco bell in Saint Paul va piss poor food and customer service

We placed the order online. All of the ingredients that we omitted were still on the items. My bf's nacho fries were not in the order at all, however his chalupa was full of fries! I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be chicken. Great job!
