I've never yet been in the shop, but I ordered a cake delivery for my husband's military retirement party and did everything over email. From seeing the beautiful creations on the website, and reading all of the terrific reviews I wasn't nervous about leaving this job in their hands and I wasn't the slightest bit disappointed! They were completely on top of coordinating with the winery that they delivered the cake to...I didnt need to worry about anything....

I have been purchasing Baked on the James goods since before there was a storefront. Every single item there is amazing. To say that they are just “good” would be a disservice to their store. I’ve never met someone who puts more love (and butter ❤️) into their craft. Brittiny will bend over backwards to get the customer squeezed in for what they need, even if she really doesn’t have the time to do so. Brittiny at Baked on the James made our wedding cake and cupcakes, and they were absolutely incredible! Not only were they stunning to look at, but every bite was absolutely delicious.
