Hardware hills is such a beautiful new event and wedding venue in Fluvanna county. The owners and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming! They also offer so many fun events!

Love this place! The people, wine & the atmosphere. It’s a must see on your trip to Central Virginia.

We recently visited Hardware Hills with a group of about 18 people.
Andrea was incredibly helpful and flexible with helping us reserve a time slot. Andrea walked thru several options with us over the phone. Even letting us bring our own food in with us in our case since their kitchen was not open during our visit.
On the day of our visit Andrea walked us thru our tasting where we sampled 8 tasty wines.
Many of their wines are on the dry side which I personally enjoy the most. A couple of their reds were quite outstanding.
I cannot say enough good things about Hardware Hills. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I celebrated my 1 year wedding anniversary last month. Which reminded me that I never formally thanked or reviewed my beautiful wedding venue. It’s been incredibly difficult to put to words how thankful I am. Because thank you isn’t nearly good enough for HH’s hospitality and professionalism. The owners feel like family and insured that my day was just how I dreamt of. I utilized their in-house/preferred videographer (Magic Third Films) and florist (Rosewood Elegance) I am obsessed with the quality and attention to detail. My late October wedding had the perfect view with all the vibrant colors of fall. I like to think that if any leaf had fallen from their beautiful sugar maples or grape vines, Rob would have bent over backwards to glue each one back! My husband’s and I’s wedding was one of the first large ceremony and receptions held at Hardware Hills wedding venue space. You honestly couldn’t tell this was their first rodeo. The vines and venue make the perfect backdrop for pictures and the ceremony. We elected to be transported down to the Hardware River and took pictures and exchange private vows...a truly amazing experience, all within their expansive property! Thank you. Finally got to stop in here on a Saturday afternoon. It was quiet with no events going on and we had a choice of outdoor seating. I got a wine tasting and my husband got a glass. We both really enjoyed our choices and the ladies in the tasting room were very friendly and welcoming. We had just eaten lunch so didn’t get any snacks but we plan to come back another day, and I’d like to catch one of the many fun events I’ve seen on their event schedule.

My husband and I love to visit Hardware Hills, not only for the delicious wine and beautiful atmosphere, but because Rob and Andrea make us feel like old friends, welcome and comfortable, every time they see us. The only way this could get more stars is if they let us camp out, adult camp - wine style!

Was accused by both Andrea and Rob (owners) of not paying my bill. They thought I was someone else and instead of asking if I was that person they just assumed I was and they didn't even have the audacity to apologize.

What a beautiful location with new facilities that’s excellent for weddings and gatherings. I had the pleasure of meeting Andrea (owner) who showed off her beautiful location. This is a go to location for weddings! What they have to offer is an exceptional location and facilities. Their wine is excellent. I just love this place….. Come check them out

My immediate family recently enjoyed a private tasting at Hardware Hills in the new addition that serves as a wedding ceremony/event space. Andrea and Rob and staff are so hospitable and the atmosphere is charming/comfy. Great wine and great vibe! Highly recommend a visit if you’re in and around Charlottesville. We love the Harvest Rosé.

Great Visit and Even Better Wine!

We had a fantastic visit and truly enjoyed our time at this charming winery. The Traminette wine was absolutely wonderful—crisp, aromatic, and perfect for sipping on a summer day.

Andrea and Rob, the owners, were incredibly personable and welcoming. You can tell they love what they do and genuinely enjoy connecting with their guests. We joined in on trivia night during our visit, and it was a blast—fun questions, lots of laughs, and a great way to spend the evening.

Great wine, great people, and a warm, friendly atmosphere—we’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I stopped by at the last minute as we were looking for a house to rent. Nice vibes, pretty good wine for virginia. A portion on the artichoke dip was tiny, though, and I wish it came with bread instead of chips.

Finally got out to try this winery a couple of weeks ago and we were so impressed!! They have a great selection of really good wines and the flight holders are so cute!! The staff was friendly and helpful! There was plenty of seating, super clean bathrooms, and the food was beyond expectations!! We will be absolutelybe back!!
