Cost: $$It's subway...they are all independently operated, so each is a unique experience. This one has changed management a few times. The food outs fairly fresh. The staff turns over frequently and the store is sometimes clean and sometimes not.

This is Wednesday night at 9:40.... Subway is supposed to be open till 10. But she locked the door at 9:39..A man is sitting inside. Guys waiting outside. When I said I thought it was open till 10 she said. We are closing a little early tonight. I would think any owner/ manager would keep it open to the time it says on website.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Been coming here for years and used to be average for a Subway. Now it's awful. Last time when I ordered in, all the veggies were browned or wilted. The girl had to pick around to find anything useable. This time we spent almost $50 online and everything was gross. Bread was somehow not cooked through inside but they burnt it on top. Everything thrown on any kind of way. Forgot some toppings and added wrong amount of others (ordered online). And 2 of the cookies were literally still raw dough in the center. Why doesn't the owner care about quality at all?!

First online order for Subway, it was dinner time and it was quite nice to walk in and grab my Sub vers waiting in the line to order. My order was placed and 20min later I arrived to pick it up... Niceeeee

Be careful what you order here if your not a local, ordered a footlong black Forrest ham sub with double meat, 2 cookies and bag of chips, $16.36 was my total, and that's without a drink? So when she rung me up , the cashier asked if I wanted the receipt, I said yes, so she went to hand me the receipt and only gave me the bottom half with just the total, not the rest of the receipt with the individual charges of each item. Not eating here again.

Other day I went to go get a sub new worker in there didn’t put on gloves I had to ask her to redo the sub with gloves on wasn’t even paying attention to what I was saying casually chatting with the men behind me when I got home there was hair in my food wasn’t even cut in half and today I got a sub again same worker got hair in my food again :/

There today 6/6/21 my Italian Bread was toasted so tuff non edible. And the sweet tea was sour or bad. Maybe they put good tea in a pitcher that wasn’t clean.I’m not sure of the cause but don’t getIt today.

We ordered pick up on the app. My son accidentally took someone else’s order along with our order. As soon as we got home and realized I called Subway to explain what had happened. Christina was very rude with me and told me that next time my son needed to pay attention to the names on the bag. She asked me if I could bring it back. I explained to her that we live in Esmont. I apologized and we hung up.A few minutes later Christina calls me back to say that the owner wants the money for the subs or the subs to be retuned. She also said they pulled the video and my son looked at both bags before he took them. I told her I did not appreciate her accusing my child of stealing subs. It was an honest mistake and if we were trying to steal them we would not have called and told them as soon as we got home. Who wants someone else’s subs that we didn’t order? I returned the subs. I think that is terrible customer service and were they going to give the subs to the other people after we took them out of the store? Disgusting !!! They will never have my business again!!!
