Absolutely lovely place, staff is friendly, food is great, and beer is cold. Couldn’t have had a better Monday after work lunch.
We stopped in the Tavern On The James after an afternoon of tubing on the river and everything was fabulous! Great food, cold beer and excellent service. Kevin and Mindy (the owners) were very personable and took the time out of a very full and busy restaurant to get to know us and share their experience in Scottsville. 10/10 recommend!
