Sarah did a ticketed dinner at our farm, Glade Road Growing, last night for 40 people, and it couldn't have gone better. Sarah is a well-oiled machine, extremely organized, and a woman of her craft in farm-to-table chef work. All our attendees had an amazing time. I'm counting down the days until she can come back. She left us all begging for more evenings like this. Thanks, Sarah!
I cannot recommend Sarah and her private dining experience enough! We had Sarah cook for a group of about 15 people for my small, intimate wedding and she did an incredible job. Everything she made was wonderful. We are still raving about the lamb she served us. She was kind, flexible and professional. Thank you for making our day special Sarah!!
Can't recommend Two Fire Table enough! Everything she makes is incredible and my friends always fight over the leftover potatoes.
We cannot recommend Sarah enough for her phenomenal open fire cuisine for our wedding! From start to finish, working with her was an absolute dream. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness made the entire process so smooth and stress-free.
The food? Absolutely incredible! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it, calling it some of the best they’ve ever had. Many even wished they could have gone back for thirds (and one guest did take home a meat platter!). Every dish was not only delicious but beautifully presented, adding a special touch to our big day.
What truly left us in awe was learning that two of Sarah's assistants called out sick, and she still managed to single-handedly cook and serve everyone, including our vendors.
Despite this challenge, everything was seamless, and her effort and dedication went above and beyond anything we could have imagined.
If you’re looking for a chef who will deliver exceptional food and service with grace under fire, Sarah is the one to hire. We feel so lucky to have had her as part of our wedding day and can’t thank her enough for making it unforgettable!

Working with Two Fire Table was a pleasant and professional experience. Sarah, the owner, visited various farms and vendors in the area to gather the freshest ingredients for a dinner event we were hosting. The food she cooked was nothing but exceptional, and the guests really enjoyed her unique way of preparing food and cooking over fire. I would recommend Sarah and her crew to anyone looking to hire a chef.
Two fire table is the best most professionally run event chef .
I recently had the opportunity to attend Sarah's over the fire cooking class held at Blue Atlas. I left feeling full of knowledge and full from all of the delicious local foods cooked throughout the course. This is such a great way to learn about cooking seasonly with what is offered from farms near by and techniques that can be used year round. Sarah effortlessly creates an awesome environment for learning all of the basics to be able to cook with fire!
I went to a class Sarah taught at Blue Atlas. This class was top notch. It was a good balance of hands-on involvement with down time to eat and chat with others. Not only did we learn how to roast whole chickens and smoke salmon, but we also learned tips on starting and maintaining a fire/coals for cooking. We feasted on "snacks" along the way. Sarah prepared a menu ranging from goat cheese with roasted grapes and pears to grilled okra with garlicky yogurt sauce to a fresh & roasted tomato salad, and so much more. The best part about it is Sarah's teaching style. She knows what she's doing, but she also embraces the organic nature of cooking over a fire. While it can be intimidating, she showed us the beauty of this style of cooking: it's dynamic, engaging and very rewarding. I look forward to putting what I learned into practice.
Great great great great 👍
