based on other reviews of this location, it sounds like maybe the food quality has been historically inconsistent? i say this because, after having lunch there yesterday, this was the best Bojangles dining experience i have ever had! the employees were very pleasant and professional, the chicken and biscuits were excellent, and the fries were probably the BEST french fries i have EVER had, ANYWHERE! i don't know WHAT kind of spice they put on them, but they tasted incredible!
KUDOS to the team - SUPERB visit! this WILL BE my new weekly lunch stop, commuting between DC and Fayetteville.

Best Bojangles I have eaten at ever .Whatever the management and staff are doing they need to implement in every Bojangles in America ??.Makes my hometown Bojangles seem criminal for selling food .Give all the employees at this Bojangles a raise and a bonus.
Chicken taste Fake and looks fake and under cooked French fries are very good and the ice tea in the 27 years of me cooking food this chicken looks and tasted fake will never Return to any bojangles they might be able to Trick other people but not me

A bit of a delay getting my order taken despite it being the beginning of lunch, but nothing super obnoxious. Most likely due to them prepping for the day. Food was worth the wait and reasonably priced. Chicken sandwich looked like it came from a good sit down restaurant, and fries were well seasoned and crispy.
Super clean restaurant and friendly staff, may stop by again if I'm traveling through the area.
