A very nice little robot took my order, they were out of Bo Bites which the robot did not tell me but the man at the window did. Honestly, been to a lot of Bojangles in my life and this one served me the hottest freshest fries biscuits and tenders. The Dr.Pepper was also the most carbonated, best one I’ve had in a while. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I was super happy w the experience for once in my Bojangles lifetime. I stopped here off 95 bc I felt dead inside and this Bojangles saved my life.

1st I went inside, nobody working at the counter, waited about 5 minutes no one showed up so I went to the drive through. Drive through is completely AI. It is horrible it wasn’t right and I tired to tell it by saying “that’s not right” and it just said please pull around thank you. 3 cars ahead of me and it still took almost 20 minutes. Looked like only 1 employee running the entire store. Guess it’s profits over customer service

Stopped here while traveling. One of the friendliest and cleanest Bojangles I been to. Staff was accommodating and kind. Restaurant was clean and food was fresh even late at night

The place looks brand new but supposedly been open awhile. Very clean place. Used the drive thru which used AI technology and got the order right. I had quick service with no issues. I thought the chicken was.on the greasy side. I love their dirty rice. It is located quickly off the 95 exit.

The food was fresh and the service was average but the process was extremely slow. It took 25 minutes to get a Cajun filet biscuit combo at 8:35 in the morning when they had plenty of help in the kitchen. Seems very poorly managed and highly disorganized.

Sadly, this location is the reason I haven't been to a Bojangles in over a year. I visited this location twice on trips to VA from NC and both times were supposedly overcharged when same employee(Assist Mgr) ran up my order each time. I thought 1st time was an accident, but convinced otherwise the 2nd time which was a month later. I reached out to Bojangles Corp about the issue and never heard back from them so they have lost my business and I LOVE eating there!

So 😠 😡 mad. Ordered sausage egg and cheese and chicken biscuit for breakfast at 545 am. Received 4 hockey pucks that were supposed to be biscuits. It's a new building, new ordering apparatus, so why serve those hard biscuits.

This was a bad experience. The lady making biscuits was making biscuits with one hand, and scrolling on her phone with the other. Not only is that gross, it’s an immediate food safety concern.
