This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I travel a lot so I've gotten around to different McDonald's. They couldn't get a simple order right. And the bathrooms were horrendous! Definitely will not be stopping at this McDonald's ever again.
My food was cold and had to wait longer the usual, this is at a travel center the place was not clean.

If I could put lower stars I would, waited 30 minutes for my order just to get a refund. Manager didn’t offer any type of discount or anything for the account of her teams errors. Terrible probably why this place has low numbers and even lower ratings

I placed a mobile order before I arrived. When I got there, it was mobbed! There had to have been 30 military waiting for their food. I did not see my mobile number on the board, so I placed a kiosk order. About 10 minutes later, they called my mobile order number! Jaleeza(sp), the manager on was very helpful and generous. She refunded my kiosk order! They were understaffed, and she was running around accommodating everyone! Kudos to her for her grace!
