Awful wait time but the staff were friendly once they finally decided to acknowledge me. It didn’t take too long to get my food but the order was incomplete. That seemed to be common as I saw they forgot several people’s drinks/shakes

I love all LOVE'S and my other my truck stop stores they all have something I want, and I usually stop at all of them, but I need to keep moving this time. But it seems like some have went away, and some have got smaller. Their are some states where there is a lot of them then the next state or so they turn into shells and they are not as good it's pretty much a gas station with some food and other stuff.

Doesn't deserve a star. The management if their is management in this store needs to be fired. Bad attitude, won't ring up customers who were waiting in line, also didn't want to file a injury report on a employee who fell and customers left the line to help her up. When we got back. You got to get to the end. I was first in line then left to help the older employee that fell. Bs mcdonalds here. Didn't get to eat nor did others who had to get on the greyhound. Bad experience here without a doubt. glad im prob not coming back. Was happy to be able to save money buying mcdonalds on the greyhound trip. Most always expensive food. I want to keep re posting bad reviews on this place

Slow service. They look like they don’t even want to work. Waited almost 20 mins for my order. A small combo smh. Soggy fries. Probably had them sitting inside bag. Just ridiculous. Fast food not like before.

If you come here for coffee, never come here, I once came here just for some coffee and waited 40 minutes just for 1 small coffee and when they gave it to me, it was burning hot and the taste was pure coffee, I putted 2 cups of cream in the menu thing and they putted no cream and no Splenda, just pure coffee and tasted horrible, the only thing i can tell was good was the burgers

Would've got 5 stars, but my caramel ice coffee didn't have enough caramel in it when I paid for extra. The fish sandwich was spot on, as I can tell it was made to order and not sitting around. All McDonald's are like this except a few I've visited when it comes to their ice coffee. Like the kiosk system, too. Out of town from Maryland as we do not have this yet.

I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s located at the LOVE truck stop in Virginia. Upon arriving, there was no one at the register to take orders. So I used that self-ordering machine. Several guests, including myself, waited for seven minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance. During this time, a staff member came out from behind the counter but did not address or greet any of the waiting customers, which only added to the frustration.
It appeared that only one overwhelmed employee was running the front end, while an elderly woman was the sole person cleaning near the soda machines. When someone finally came to the counter, I had to ask directly for assistance, which should never be necessary in a fast-food establishment.
This experience left me feeling neglected as a customer and concerned about the lack of proper staffing or management. I hope McDonald’s addresses these issues, as the level of service here is far below the standard I expect from this brand at a truck stop with fast/high traffic.
This McDonald’s has a nice big convenience store attached to it with other food choices 24/7 including steak burritos, breakfast burritos, hotdogs, lots of snacks chips candy, fruit and so much more, trucker gear, nice restrooms, lottery tickets, ice, cigs and a Love’s gas station out front. If you register, Loves offers you a 10¢ per gallon gas discount by using your phone number. This Mickey Dees (McDonald’s) is just what you’ve come to expect at any McDonald’s. The food’s good and hot here! As usual this McDonald’s serves the best tasting coffee you’ll find anywhere — trust me, I’m a big coffee drinker. Enjoy!
I went through the drive thru and ordered a McRib sandwich with the drink and fries. Then a medium frozen coke icee. I didn't realize that they failed to give us the frozen coke until we were already gone, and it wasn't really any need to turn around after going that far. Every time I go to this McDonald's I am never satisfied. Will never go to this location again.

McDonald whew, Todays crew members, shift leader , Manager or whatever She is …attitude was definitely out of line… she was rude and no one acknowledge the customers that were waiting in line for their order to be taken, and when asked, she got an attitude in response… terrible to see such ignorance…

The food is okay, it takes forever to get food at the drive thru. I've waisted most of 30 mins trying to get food and no one was in the drive thru when I got here.
