I placed a mobile order before I arrived. When I got there, it was mobbed! There had to have been 30 military waiting for their food. I did not see my mobile number on the board, so I placed a kiosk order. About 10 minutes later, they called my mobile order number! Jaleeza(sp), the manager on was very helpful and generous. She refunded my kiosk order! They were understaffed, and she was running around accommodating everyone! Kudos to her for her grace!
I love all LOVE'S and my other my truck stop stores they all have something I want, and I usually stop at all of them, but I need to keep moving this time. But it seems like some have went away, and some have got smaller. Their are some states where there is a lot of them then the next state or so they turn into shells and they are not as good it's pretty much a gas station with some food and other stuff.
Would've got 5 stars, but my caramel ice coffee didn't have enough caramel in it when I paid for extra. The fish sandwich was spot on, as I can tell it was made to order and not sitting around. All McDonald's are like this except a few I've visited when it comes to their ice coffee. Like the kiosk system, too. Out of town from Maryland as we do not have this yet.
