Workers were extremely slow. I repeated what I wanted twice and the worker still didn't didn't add double meat even though I paid for it. I ordered the pepperoni rollup as well that never was made. They didn't want to stock anything, almost out of bread, out of onions, out of several sauces. I asked for the sandwich to be toasted extra, the worker only cooked it for 22 seconds, it was barely warm. Since I paid for double meat, I should have received a complimentary cookie which I did not receive. I also did not get a receipt. Probably the worst Subway I have been to in years.

Worst subway I’ve ever been too staff was rude and the manager was standing behind counter with them they cared more about there conversation than taking my order they were out of everything and the vegetables looked like they were old overall very disgusted by this subway

I was with my mom, and 2 sons. 3 women were working the counter. One left in the middle of making my sandwich to FaceTime her daughter in front of me. Another, Bea, was extremely rude when I asked where the other part of my footlong. She double wrapped it and squished it looking at a 6 inch. She then told me she didn’t need this, and I better watch out. I said, “Excuse me? What did you just say?” Bea said, “I was talking to her, not you. I can say whatever I want.” I said, “I wasn’t rude to you. This is uncalled for. I’ll pray for you.” She then started running her mouth again, and asked to get off work to go drinking. Very unprofessional. I’m still in shock. Worst customer service ever at a subway.

They literally had nothing and when I mean nothing NOTHING and the man in their had to remorse .. I literally paid 7$ for this .. scoop of chicken tomatoes and a few jalapeños

The most disgusting subway and staff. Employees cursing at each other using very high end profanity. There are no condiments to pick from. Not too much to choose from the menu cause of the slackness. ?????? they don’t even approach customers when they see them walk up or ring the bell. They just sit in the office looking area. I'm giving one star because I know it's actually here. I stopped by Monday (3/2024) and no one working counter. Sign said out of 90% meats. Stopped by 940pm 3/11/2024. Person working counter had already locked up. Sigh...it's a thing here in Emporia.So I don't know the answer to any of the above questions.
This place is ugly, the oven doesn't work, you have to eat the sandwich cold with how cold the temperature is, the two women who work are not professional at all.

I stopped to buy my sandwich at Subway as usual and they prepared it with one egg, whereas in all the states I pass through they prepare it with 2, it seems that the manager does business on her own because she didn't want to read the instructions on how to do it. prepare.
