Burger was delectable, the fries were perfectly salty. The food was ready very quickly! My only pet peeve is that the decoration was quite lacking, but it doesn’t matter much as it pails in comparison to the fries. I love fries.

Okay I go in at the lady can I get my chicken sandwiches cooked fresh sure no problem what happens next they pull them out of the warming bin also they don't participate in the two for five and two for seven they want a dollar extra for each the owner must be a tightwad greedy

1. Man I was in and out in no time and at 12:30 in the afternoon through that drive thru like speedy Gonzales in a race. Got me a #2 and a Dr Pepper. Large. 2. The nice your lady at the drive thru window was so professional and nice. She had a smile and a winning personality. I was so happy about my visit Im just gonna have to go the extra mile now to come back to this location. Id given 10 stars if they let me. Good job to this crew.

The BK in Smithfield has come a long way over the past few years. The building is now modern, clean and the HVAC works! More importantly the crew is on it. Obvious due to good management. End result is quality food in an inviting fast food location.

I went through the drive thru this weekend and ordered two of the bacon egg and cheese croissantwiches. When I got to work and opened them I had one that was bacon and the other was sausage so I was only able to consume the bacon one. I wasn't able to go back and fix the issue because I had to be at work. I did the survey because it said I could get a free item but when I went today they said I had to purchase something to receive the free survey item. I dont eat hash browns nor do I drink coffee so there was no reason to buy those to get the free item. Im feeling extremely frustrated and I really dont know if I'll be going back to Burger King as a company since the only thing I eat is the croissantwich.
The staff was friendly and did everything they were supposed to do today.

I went there last night for a meal and this morning for breakfast…both time service was great. Last night was a lil lengthy wait and they didn’t tell me why but once I got my food it was obvious I was waiting on fresh fries. My meal was got ready and delicious both orders especially in comparison to the BK by my house oil always dirty no matter when I go. There associates were very hospitable as well !! Kudos to the team.

Do not eat food from here it will give you food poisoning!! I was stupid to go here order my favorite original chicken sandwich and I ended up with food poisoning.
