I am a burger lover and I eat them at every new restaurant I go to, but I am also very objective in my rating. I found these to be very good. I think I would only change the fries for some crispier ones, but I will definitely I'll come back to this place to try a new one.

Amazing food at a great price. Top notch onion rings. Sad we live 2 hours away but will be back if we end up in the area again. Thank you!!!!
Giving a low review because we ordered online from 40 mins away for 6 people. Picked up the food and left. We were short 3 sandwiches and 1 chili cheese tots. We also gave a $20 tip without knowing about the missing food. When we called about it they didn't care to offer to fix it. Hopefully, we will get it fixed tomorrow. Unfortunately, this has happened to us before. Guess this will confirm not going back again.

Tried to come in this morning at 10:15. Didn’t realize they weren’t open yet. The door was unlocked and the girl was behind the counter. We walked in and were told oh hey we aren’t open yet. We obviously apologized and left. I was still in the restroom so I walked out after everyone. As I’m walking out the manger yells at me “all this mud off of you??” I offered to sweep it up and he said “no we’re not even open anyway”. We left and absolutely will not be back. I have never had such disrespect from someone I’m trying to give money to. I heard the food was alright but their service is terrible.

Great little hole in the wall. Quick service, clean and great food!
Came back a second time to see how it was. The burger and chicken sandwich was so salty we took 1 bite and told the waitress it was uneatable. She said sorry and that was that. I wouldn’t recommend this food to anyone and would prefer it be closed and replaced with something better.

Quick pro and cons list
Pro- Food was delicious Con- It did take a minute to cook, so if you're starving it's not recccomended for the wait. -If you want good food though definitely worth the wait.
Pro-Staff super friendly and Restaurant ambience was good.
Con- Seating is ample but with Smithfields growing population it's looking a teeny bit cramped during lunch rush.
Pro- Super convinient location, by the bank and Kroger and other services. Definitely a great place to stop by on an errand day Con- Parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes.
The restaurant and Staff are great. I think this place is ideal for good food and a planned visit. If you're rushing, impatient, or need a super fast bite, I wouldn't suggest it because you could get bogged down looking for a parking spot, then ordering waiting and debating on If you want to dine in or go.

Great burgers and great staff. Fries and onion rings were hot and not greasy. Will be back.
Zero complaints. The staff was pleasant and speedy, and the menu offered things for even our fussiest eater. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. I recommend the Farmhouse Burger, and do not hesitate to add some bacon and fried egg to it! ?

Fresh and delicious hamburgers and delicious shakes! I was fortunate enough to find this local gem while in town for work. Ate dinner and came back the next night for another round. Recommend the Carolina Burger with Onion Rings and a Chocolate milkshake!

Went in and got a double Farmhouse burger with tots. About the 3 bite into the burger I realized the texture was off. It was crispy cooked on the outside but not so much on the inside. It was raw, and even had some bloody juice still in it. I called and talked to the manager and explained my burger was severely undercooked. And requested a refund. He insured me they cook all their burgers to well done. I asked if he was cooking frozen patties. As a cook myself I know by doing so, the out side will appear to be cooked and well done but the inside won’t be cooked at all. He then told me yes he had to take a pack out of the freezer. Not safe, not cool. You’re going to make someone severely sick. I would have rather they said unfortunately we don’t have any patties right now and order something else then to attempt to pull this off. At the very least over cook the darn thing and check to make sure. While he gave me my refund, they get at least a 4 for customer service. But this should have never happened in the first place. Slow down, do it right, do it safely or just don’t do it at all.
