Excellent cupcake spot! My wife asked for a chocolate dream cupcake. I saw the peanut butter cup on chocolate cake and asked if I could get it on a white cake. They made it up for me on the spot! Moist, flavorful cake and frosting. Worth the stop! I appreciated the thoughtful customer service and the ability to make small requests

I am flattered to add that smallcakes Smithfield has a wonderful customer service. I was extremely surprised when unfortunately I ordered a cake with another business and they canceled, fortunately I called small cake Smithfield and I was able to successfully submit an order and pick it up next day. I would recommend 10/10.

I gotta tell you all that I do not waste my time on a review unless I got something important to say. And here I go. Smallcakes Smithfield is one of the best restaurants I have visited so far, the food, the quality, the quantity, the affordability, the taste, the cordial energy, the customer service experience and the long wavy hair girl at the register counter with that gorgeous smile are simple outstanding! They are quick, the food is fresh, hot and absolutely worth the money and your time. Check it out, you won't regret it.

5 stars!!! 🌟 After being let down by several cupcake businesses in Suffolk— it’s a definite refresher to finally find some quality cupcakes in my area!

These cupcakes are MOIST, tender, and tasty! The cakes are not overly sweetened. And the icing is sweet and buttery rich in flavor. Depending on the flavor, each cupcake is bursting with flavor. These are carefully crafted cupcakes and large in size. My mouth was watering as I ate them. My husband and kids absolutely loved them.

If you are in the area, I highly recommend that you visit this bakery. It is very clean inside and the staff is very nice.

First it was the kindness on the phone, then it was the effort to complete a last-minute 24 cupcake order which I needed within three hours….. They didn’t tell me I should’ve placed my order earlier (which I should have) they didn’t give me attitude or make me feel stupid. What I was given, was kindness and an attitude of wanting to help me as much as they could. The cupcakes were adorable exactly what I wanted and tasted amazing. They were for a school class, but I did have to sneak one before I dropped them off…..AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! Thank you so much!

If you are in the area, give this bakery a try! I love that the staff is professional and kind. 🫶🏽 I had a long day at work, and because I work in Norfolk sometimes I don't get off in time to catch a sweet treat at alot of bakeries that close earlier. This bakery is open until 730pm during the week, and later on the weekends. I stopped on a Thursday, not realizing they closed at 730pm during the week. The person working greeted me kindly, informed me they were closed, but still offered to allow me to purchase a cupcake. I ended up spending $20 on sweets, lol! My birthday/confetti cupcake is really DELICIOUS 😋 and I bought my girls some surprise cookies since they have done so well in school so far. I am now finishing the other half of my cupcake while I am enjoying my day off in the bed. 😂 This bakery is a great addition to the area! 🧁🍰

Absolutely amazing! We ordered 3 dozen of 3 different flavors: lemon, maple bacon, and strawberry shortcake. All 3 flavors were a hit at our oyster roast. Highly recommend location and flavors. Thank you!

My first visit to Smallcakes Smithfield was about 4 weeks ago and I have lived in Smithfield for a few years now. I have to say every time I have come in everyone always greets us so nice and are very helpful. The first time I went in I got some macaroons for my daughter, one of each flavor they had and a Pupcake for my little Pomeranian to take home (who is very hard to please with any treats). Well I have to say my little Pomeranian now knows what Pupcake is and looks forward to me getting her one every week. My daughter said they are the BEST Macaroons she had ever had. I tried the orange Macaroon for the first time this past weekend it was Phenomenal . The cupcakes are wonderful, big and such a wonderful variety. This has become our Saturday stop.
