Whomever this manager is horrible! The lady is very rude! I’ve never ever dealt with someone this nasty and I manage a Taco Bell in Hampton!!
Hopefully corporate sees this and makes some changes!

I just went and bought a meal from my family. One of them consisted of two taco Supremes and I’ve never seen a taco that you open up and has less meat. If I put this together, it was probably a tablespoon but everything was messy and tasted awful I don’t know Know who was in the kitchen or who’s in charge, but Somebody is not doing their job that experience waste of money never going back. The only good thing I can say is the cashier was sweet but other than that that place sucks.

I am currently waiting on my order. The floor is nasty and sticky, feels like I'm walking on a glue trap. There's a distinct sour aroma in the air. So far I'm 27 minutes in on my wait for my fast food order. Do not recommend anyone ever come to this location.

Went here late tonight right before they closed and they had unfortunately run out of some core ingredients. I was extremely impressed by the quality level of service that the man running the drive-thru still managed to provide under such extreme conditions, and my food still turned out amazingly.

Everytime I go to this taco bell my order is wrong. This time It was wrong and I think they just scrapped it off instead of making a new one. And didint get my red sauce I payed for either times.. sick of them. And horrible costumer service at 1:45 pm on Tues and Wednesday

Had a mobile order when I answered to what my name was to get my order it seemed like them employees were joking about it. Got my order home only to find an item missing, two items rock hard and falling apart and a cheese quesadilla that was burnt and only had enough cheese to hold the tortilla together under the heat of the press the date is 09-22-25 time is 9:06 pm all of those employees need to be fired immediately if only for the sake of business crusing and arguing while customers are at an open window is just unacceptable. I didn’t get any names but I saw a young white lady and young black man working tonight

Do not come here! Ordered inside and waited over 20 minutes for my food. Employees did not seem to care at all!

I go here often and have for years. For years, this location has had problems with fulfilling accurate orders. Even when specifically stated as an allergy, I will repeatedly get food containing the exact allergen, all the time. I also pay for extra sauce cups, sometimes I get them barely filled enough to cover the bottom of the cup, if I’m lucky enough to get them at all. Last time I went, I had to go through their drive through four times!

Got my order, then realized it was filled with the allergy, supposedly got that corrected, then was handed a replacement food item WITH THE ALLERGY IN IT STILL clearly. Had them replace it again, this time correctly. Then I had to go through the line a fourth time because they gave me the incorrect sauce cups I paid nearly $1 each for. They’re lucky if they don’t kill somebody with their lack of care for allergies and other order specifications
