Do not come here! Ordered inside and waited over 20 minutes for my food. Employees did not seem to care at all!

I go here often and have for years. For years, this location has had problems with fulfilling accurate orders. Even when specifically stated as an allergy, I will repeatedly get food containing the exact allergen, all the time. I also pay for extra sauce cups, sometimes I get them barely filled enough to cover the bottom of the cup, if I’m lucky enough to get them at all. Last time I went, I had to go through their drive through four times!

Got my order, then realized it was filled with the allergy, supposedly got that corrected, then was handed a replacement food item WITH THE ALLERGY IN IT STILL clearly. Had them replace it again, this time correctly. Then I had to go through the line a fourth time because they gave me the incorrect sauce cups I paid nearly $1 each for. They’re lucky if they don’t kill somebody with their lack of care for allergies and other order specifications

Worst service. I ordered thru the app, went to pick it up. They started processing, then told me their fryers were down. I asked him how could I get my money back and he sd it was not his problem and I needed to move. I couldn't cancel the order since he had hit the button to start processing my order. I have contacted cs. However, it did not call for your employee to be that rude.

The workers are very personable, the food is good by Taco Bell standards. Very clean and well lite parking lot. It takes a long time for orders to be completed and out of several drink choices that are offered.

Came through the drive thru tonight at 10:42 pm and my receipt has the name Rachel R, Experiencing wonderful, polite customer service is so awesome! My order was a specialized order too & everything was perfect! I had to take the time to give praise. Not only being the end of night, she went above and beyond!!!! Great Employee

I’ve been to this Taco Bell numerous times, and unfortunately, my order is almost always incorrect or missing items. Today was the last straw. I specifically asked for chicken instead of beef, and once again, they gave me beef. On top of that, they never seem to have anything in stock. This has been a consistent issue, and it’s incredibly frustrating.

The line is always slow, I understand when there's 5 cars ahead of me but only one or 2 should not make the wait that long. The store closes early frequently despite the website saying it's still open. For reference the website will say it's open until 12am or 10pm and they will say it's closed at 7pm. The employees are almost always in a bad mood, likely because they are understaffed and in desperate need of a good manager. I will never return to this location due to the following reasons.

In the area because my husband is in a wedding and I was a bit snackish after dropping him off at the venue. Hate that the drive thru ordering was not even a person taking the order. All I ordered was a chicken flat bread melt and it took at least 10 minutes, wasn't even warm and I was the only person on the drive thru. The chick at the window was not very friendly/kinda rude, and I was given a bag of food that wasn't even mine.

Their oil is dirty so their food will come out bitter due to unchanged oil. Had the displeasure of eating an mexican pizza before first bite I started vomiting.
