Food was pretty good. General Tso's Chicken combo was good but I asked for plain fried rice without vegetables...it still had vegetables in it. Sweet and sour chicken...chicken wasn't quite done enough but the taste was good. Gentleman that gave me my food was friendlier than the lady but she was nice enough.

Tried Tops for the first time today and I am BLOWN AWAY! The food is SO GOOD! The prices are very reasonable with lots of meal options. The staff are very friendly. Best Chinese food in Smithfield! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
