We arrived around 6:30 pm. I have never seen such chaos in a restaurant before. Finally our order was taken and when the food did come out they brought mine, a 10 minutes later I flagged down the waiter about my wife’s supper, it was the special, they hadn’t made it.
We personally saw 3 tables get up and walk out while we were there.
The last time we were there they brought my wife the wrong order.
Don’t think we’ll be going back

I eat here frequently and my food is always really good! Especially the burgers and chicken tenders! My husband & I eat dinner there a lot. Thanks guys!

We have gone 4 times now after Church.
Our first visit was terrific. Our last had deteriorated to unpleasant. It is as if we were disturbing our waitress to be there.
Getting table ware to eat with was an effort.
Getting sweetener for tea was almost impossible. The ice in drink was almost melted before we could remind her the 2nd time. She stood at the end of the bar on her cell phone more than she attended to her customers. She visablly only had two tables. There was a party in the side room and their waitresses also had two tables out in the main room with us, she was doing a terrific job. Our ribeye sandwiches were cold, the fries were literally burnt, and a fork would not go in one fry! It was a very uncomfortable experience. It is terrible to be submitted to a bad disposition from our Waitress.

They were good at one time but for 15 dollars for cheese fries I would expect a lot better. Or Atleast real cheese

Let me start off by saying the online menu is NOTHING like the actual menu. There were 2 large parties there when we walked in, which should have clued us in, but it looked like they had plenty of staff. It was seat yourself, so we went to a booth, but it was dirty and went back to the bar. We asked the lady behind the bar if the table could be cleaned, and she said, "Sure, give them a minute." We got seated at the table, and a waitress came over and took our drink orders, She went and got those and took our food order. We waited 35 minutes for our nachos and about 40 minutes for the rest of our food(chicken wings and a BBQ sandwich and fries). The nachos had plenty of everything(lettuce, jalapeños, tomatoes) except cheese and meat, which was almost nonexistent. My husband ordered 2 wing flavors, the reaper wings, and said they were not hot(spicy) at all and the hotter than hot, which were better. I got the bbq sandwich, which had a very small amount of bbq on it, and the bbq was very wet. We had 3 different waitresses while we were there.

For a place to be called Back Deck, there was no deck. There were a few tvs playing sports, but you couldn't hear them bc of the music, which, by the way, kept getting louder and louder by the minute it seemed. By the time we left, we were yelling at each other, trying to talk.

Side note it is kid friendly, one of the parties had 3 kids running around the area where I assumed they played music, which was behind the booth we sat in, and the parents were paying no attention to the kids. I have 5 kids and believe in respect to other patrons by making your children behave in public, but then again, .I never took my kids to a bar

We went in , my husband ordered wings and I ordered the rustic burger . His came out first , 30 minutes later my burger came out and raw not even what I ordered no bacon nothing . He ordered a second order of wings and when they came out they were still bleeding at the bone . They apologized , said they gave out of gas in the middle of cooking but that’s no excuse for a business . Server was friendly but food was a disaster . Bill still 40.00. Will never go back .

if you're local you guys have to get brunch here. I went in on innogral morning food was great service was friendly and the food was fresh and hot. the mimosa was fabulous if you don't check this out you're doing yourself a disservice. plus now they're bringing on live music!

Starting off the food was horrible and greasy, not even that it was very small portions.I read another review about a taco salad and found myself in the same situation little to no taco meat and missing toppings just very small. homestyle chips drenched in grease, for the prices your charging I would expect to have a decent size meal. Not to mention I continuously hear stories about how employees were treated and how a lot of times they didn’t even get PAID. Who I assume was the owner was very rude, I couldn’t imagine working there. One thing I will say is that it is spacious on the inside.
