Always have a fresh, tasty meal when dining at Beck’s! Fantastic food, cooked to your liking, and with excellent service and a great crowd! Been going there for a long time and I still find different things and combinations to try on the menu. I love that!

My husband loves the bologna burger and fries so I pick up food on occasion when I'm in the area. They are always pretty busy when I pick up the food but they are friendly and my food is always ready quick. I decided to get the club but was a little disappointed in that, it was basic, no double-deckers like other restaurants and was not my cup of tea. The prices are pretty good and I'll be going back, but will be trying something else. If you like bologna, try the bologna burger.

Full slab of ribs with their BBQ sauce was tough but sauce was alright. Unlike the ribs my husband makes with the pressure cooker, the ribs at Becks lacks taste without the sauce. Catfish bites were expensive for the quantity. The veggies were minimal and soggy. I hope this meal isn't indicative of their ability to make delicious food. It definitely doesn't promote return customers.

Visit Nathalie often and Beck's is our new go to. There's isn't anything I've had yet that I wouldn't order again but the burgers are delicious. The sweet potato fries are yummy, they come with a cinnamon butter! Staff is wonderful which equals just as good service.

We went here based on the awards in the newspaper, and we are so glad we did! The pulled pork sandwich I got was really good, and as Michiganders, we were surprised that the fried cheese curds were done right and the ranch dressing was good. We absolutely will be back!
By the way, the staff was phenomenal. On point with drink refills, the dishes were plated well, the food was great. A good staff makes this place worth the trip.
Oh, and my husband liked the Port City craft brew on tap, the first he's found in Virginia that's good.

In town for 1 week and I walk in Beck’s on Tuesday. It was like walking in a place back home!! Atmosphere was so welcoming, music playing in the background and the locals embraced me as I explained I was Cajun. lol. Wings are amazing!! Returned Thursday night for more wings and another great night with amazing people. Until next time South Boston!!

I can't say enough about Beck's....it checks all the boxes. Food very flavorful, service was outstanding, and menu selections covered everything you'd think of!! We came from Roxboro to shop the downtown stores and a local, great friend had told us about Beck's...recommending it highly!! Can't wait to go back!!
