If they laughing to each other when you place an order at the register with the cashier and cooks preparing your dinner; like they did me, get a refund and walk away and eat in your truck. That is a glaring sign of mistrust. I threw most of my 3 pc away. I won't spend another dime at Bojangles if these are the type of people they hire.

I had to return to the store multiple times just to get my order right, even then on the last visit i tried to get Bo sized fries, i left with 6 french fries and a Bo sized Bo round instead

What sucks is when you pull up to the window, you’re not even greeted. They just hand you your food, and shut the window. Customer service at fast food restaurants will never be the same again and it’s sad. That’s what’s pushing a lot of people away and why a lot of them are shutting down or having fewer sales.

Went to the drive thru and I couldn’t hear the employee. After letting her know that she finally asked me to pull up and had her back turned and when she turned around she laughed right along with her co worker. This was at 7:50 if you wanna see what happened on camera. This is unacceptable to be rude in someone’s face like that. Yall lost me forever
