Today was the first time my husband and I have ever eaten at Bojangels. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and delicious. I used the app and ordered online. When I got in the store, everyone was friendly. I might add they were extremely busy. I thought my wait would be longer than what it was, but I got my order quickly. I didn't get a chance to check and make sure we got everything until I got back to the truck. For the first time in a long time, a fast food restaurant actually gave me everything I ordered. I didn't have to go back in for a missed item. We ordered a lot because we do have a fridge in our truck and wanted to have leftovers.

I'm glad it was open because I let the day get away from me without eating. However, the food made my stomach hurt. The service was great. Didn't go inside, but from what I could see, it looked clean.

We were traveling through and dined in on a Friday night, and it was the best Bojangles we'd had. Everything was hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS! That chicken, omg, and the dirty rice had lots of sausage in it too. It was all so good. The gentleman taking the orders was friendly and pleasant, and the ladies preparing the food were quick and efficient, and made that food so tasty!

When in at 8:45 they said they close at 9 the door say 10:00.The lady at the register look like she could bite your head off. She didn't want to wait on nobody her attitude was terrible. We got our food to go it look like it should be put in the trash can instead of giving it to people to eat.

The signs on their own door says they close at 10pm. They locked the doors at 9:15 so they could mop and cleanup. They only left drive through and DoorDash that cost more money open. The night manager should be fired for being lazy so they can run out the door at closing time instead of serving customers until the actual posted closing time. This is absurd…

Ladies just standing around on their freaking phones. The customer stood at the register and the female cashier employee never spoke to him. Neither did she speak to me until I spoke. Her phone was more important... It is a shame that Customer Service sucks the way it does. Even the so-called mature/older generation cares how customers are treated. Was never asked to eat in or to go, she assumed I was leaving, so I did just that ..There was a young man that helped me out and because of him, I gave a star. Other than that, it would have been a 0 if I could. By the time I did the review, my food was already cold. Had to warm up in Pilot's microwave...smh
