Not what we expected. We wanted to try Cheers and support another small business, but thought they offered traditional shakes or fruit smoothies. Shakes are all based on Herbalife products; healthy but pricey. And the customer profile (marketing/contact info collection) should be optional, in my opinion.
Meal replacement shakes are definitely filling, though taste a bit on the chalky side. Prices are a bit high. Main issue for 3 stars is that staff were unmasked in violation of Virginia COVID regulations, and were generally unprofessional. Mandatory survey before being served to create a "customer profile" is a bit silly.
