Chef Italian restaurant

Need better help all around. Kids playing instead of waiting on customers. Having to ask server if food was coming or not. Having to call and ask the server for refills on beverages...and then the food not cooked good either. Take out was brought home to me. I ate very little because it wasn't good. (And this is something I've had several times) In fact I had husband fix me a cheese sandwich to have for my supper over the take out he brought me.

Food is tasteless. Worst customer service ever. The service from the waitress lady, especially who answers the phone as of late August 2024 bites her nails and doesn't wash her hands during my service and others. She also got very caddy on the phone. Will never order here ever again.
Italian DELIGHT IS LITERALLY THE BEST RESTAURANT. I have know idea what these people are doing? Its atrocious

One couple plus us. We waited 10 minutes for menus. Finally took our order. After 15 minutes staff brought, by hand, my hubs plate. Asked me if I ordered something. 10 minutes later brought my plate. 10 minutes later brought my side which the cheese had congeled. Need to hire experienced wait staff. Food was okay horrible service and high prices. Won't be back.

A waste of money. My wife had fried jumbo shrimp and I had a stromboli. We have ate here before and the shrimp was as advertised. But not today. The shrimp was like the frozen breaded shrimp you get at Food Lion .....it was terrible. My stromboli was raw dough on the inside and outside top of it was hard as A rock. It was sad. Talked to owner about the shrimp and he tried to blame me for ordering the wrong shrimp. WTH ? He said something about next time they would get it right. No offer to make it right or any apology. I told him there would be no next time. . Don't waste your time and money at this place.

I had a stromboli and my wife had fried jumbo shrimp . My stromboli had raw onions and peppers and was doughy inside. The outside on the top was hard as a rock. I complained to the owner and he tried to put the blame on me by not ordering the right shrimp. I have consumed a lot of shrimp in my 75 years and this shrimp was breaded and frozen like you might get at Food Lion. WTH ? Never got around to the stromboli. He kept saying next,next time. I told him there would be no next time. Do not waste your time and money at this place.

Restaurant is very clean. Crystal was very nice and accommodating. I got the Philly Steak Deluxe and it was excellent! Definitely a great spot in the community

I highly recommend this restaurant. Food was absolutely amazing. The prices are a priced perfect, especially with today's economy.

Vegetarian options: Chefs Italian does offer your choice of a 3 Veggie Plate, Veggie Stuff Shell, Eppglant Parmgania etc....

The service was great but the food, not so much. My husband and I like to try new places and a menu was left on our car while were in the grocery store. Gave it a try but I don't think we will be going back.

First time in and we had the best meatball subs we've had in a long time. Nice little salad bar and the service was great.

Waiting for ever. Waitress took two parties before I can order. The waitress was brewing tea than never bring back. People were walking out. Even to time even taking money thirty minutes to pay...

I called in a Togo order after work, it was around closing time but they were very accommodating and nice about it which I appreciated. I ordered the chicken parm sub and it was amazing, the ranch was homemade and absolutely delicious. The waitress Dana was wonderful and super nice and the owners were also. Alexis is a wonderful server also and I’m so glad she recommended I try it out. Highly recommend. I will be a regular
