Online said 18 minutes. I get there 30 mins later then told another hour, that the online time is irrelevant. They canceled order than said it would be 5 days for my refund. No money, no pizza and no phone number for anyone else to get it straight. Im not a fan.

On April 7th, we ordered 2 pizzas through the online dominos website and paid $50, after it was all said and done. When we received the pizzas there was no pizza sauce on either pizza and no extra cheese like we had ordered. I called the South Boston Virginia location and spoke with the manager on duty the night of April 7th, 2025. The manager was a woman, I did not get her name, however, she was extremely disrespectful and did not want to make things right. She continually said that we had made a mistake when ordering and that we could just pay for the two pizzas again, in order to fix the situation. Oh, just another $50 bucks, no big deal!! 😂 I was determined never to go back to the restaurant . The following day my friend went to the Domino's store in South Boston Virginia and took both pizzas back. He was met by Amond, the manager on duty the day of April 8th. Amond went above and beyond to make things right and we received the best pizzas that we have ever had from dominos. Unfortunately not all employees at that location are as customer friendly as he was. We give Amond 5 stars for his professionalism and politeness. Hopefully Dominos will weed out the bad employees...

Cancels orders even after tracker says they’re preparing the order and when you call, you can hear them pick up the phone and hang up.

Placed an order at 11:40am and the single pizza did not get made or ready until 12:30pm. They were barely receiving orders on the phone and the manager was too incompetent to move the workers around to a way that it makes sense. This has happened multiple times ordering here and at this point if they aren't gonna do anything different then people atleast deserve to know the terrible service and long wait times.

The Manager Stormy and Wakita run this store at night better than a lot of other dominos. When they are busy they are grinding with no stopping until everyone’s needs or orders have been met. They run their crew like real managers, with respect and hard work ethics. Being a former worker there a year ago the improvements in management tell a happy ending story of what 2023 into 2024 was. Happy going into 2025 this is a top store in Virginia. Thank you all for great service and an excellent experience again!

I just had an experience at this particular branch today. And the general manager Nick is handling everything himself. Because of the holidays being so overwhelming for all businesses. This particular branch ran short on dough today and is currently waiting on a truck and as I sit here and watch this young man deal with the situation. He's so professional and appreciated. His customer service and professionalism is exactly how it needs to be to run an establishment. Especially one that is currently having minor issues that are beyond his control. Shout out to Nick and keep up the great work.
