Decided to give them a second chance. Waited to be talked to at drive through. Not friendly. Never greeted me, never gave a price and left me at window like a dummy. Finally just drove off. Something is wrong with this.its either poor management or employee problem or nobody cares.its sad.

Hardee's food gets smaller and worse all the time. The company needs to start treating their employees better and put substantial goodness back in their products. They used to be the better fast food, not anymore!

The app coupon was for ANY SIZE beverage, yet the register wouldn't allow a large size so I was given the medium. Their app needs fine tuning!

Chicken tenders were barely warm. Fries were not only cold but had been cooked for a while. Service was prompt but that didn't make up for the quality of the food.
The server was not nice and said that I didn't order what I said that I ordered. She did not make any effort to correct the problem. She just kept counting the money and never looked back again. I started to ask for my money back and leave, but the other gentleman said I am sorry about that sir, I will get you a fry but I have to charge you for them. I have had unfortunate experience at that Hardee's before and wanted give another try. But maybe I should just keep away from that Hardee's.

The chicken was good but the biscuits were burnt and my daughter ordered a hot dog and specifically said no onions because she's allergic to onions and the hotdogs was full of onions
