The chicken was good but the biscuits were burnt and my daughter ordered a hot dog and specifically said no onions because she's allergic to onions and the hotdogs was full of onions

I have to update this review, I got a chicken biscuit, one Saturday morning while waiting to go to work and within 5 minutes of finishing the biscuit I felt horrible ended up having to go home and lay down to try and get through that awful awful pain in my stomach I was sweating, felt nauseous, I've never felt like that before. Hopefully it was just a one off thing but I will not be going back.

No one in line but 2 ham & cheese combos took almost 20 minutes to fix. Fries were cool and the sandwich was so hot, you couldn't handle it in the wrapper. The cheese had melted so much that it was all over the outside of the bun. When it was told to the manager how slow they were. His comment was they're doing the best they can. Hubby told him, no they're not because I saw them back there standing around talking to each other...poor service and food and priced too high for what you get. We won't be going back.

South Boston, Virginia: The breakfast was just bad tasting. The most unhealthy horrible tasting food.Parking: The best thing I can say about Hardee's is free parking and the staff was very polite and well groomed.
There only seemed to be one person working at the time and she was phenomenal! Fast, friendly and ready to get thr job done!Whatever you're paying her, it isn't enough. She deserves a raise and some praise.She is an absolute unicorn in today's world.Dietary restrictions: We can't eat bread or vegetables. She happily made our order as specified then had us check them to be sure they were OK before we left!!We called that "Service" in the old days. We call it a miracle these days!!

Stay running out of stuff and instead of having a sign they wait til you tell them what you want to say they don’t have it. If you don’t have the main thing everyone is asking for, it’d make sense to put some for the people to see. Customer service is some of the poorest in town.

So I guess since I don’t work there anymore they wanted to be spiteful and not accept my door dash order. Claimed they never received it, even the door dasher showed em the order receipt and they said they couldn’t honor it which is strange cause when I worked there I was told to honor it with proof! That’s ok though y’all don’t have to take my 50+ $ … we will spend our money elsewhere.
