The KFC in South Boston need more help on weekends. Food always great but need dedicated employees willing to work especially on weekends.

It is Friday, July 25. I made a order almost 20 something minutes ago when I came in the system manager was sent me a plan on her phone. I stood there for three minutes then she said can I take your order? I gave the chicken gizzards she said I have to wait five business days to get my refund And she refuse to give me a receipt. I asked for her name. She said it’s none of my business I told her there is no such thing as bad business. There’s only bad management. Her hat title says it start with a C first name start with a C last name start with a C. She said it doesn’t matter because she has cameras.

Not a great service day for this place.
1) Wasn't given my full order
2) the biscuits were old and hard
3) my side of mashed potatos container was not even filled... it was like half a container. (I would like to get what i pay for)
4) I guess they ran out of tops for the gravey container and so they put plastic wrap over it and put it in the bag. When I got home half my gravey was gone and all over the bag. This could have easily been avoided. If I was told it didnt have a proper top, I at least could have put the container in my cup holder.

The lady at the drive thru Marquasia wanted to tell me I didn’t say I was using a coupon at the drive thru which I did . She had to get the manager to override the charge . She wanted to be confrontational about it . Lady just ring up my food and get it right next time . Don’t tell me I’m lying when your the one who rung it up wrong . I called the customer service line and reported the incident . This worker was beyond rude and very confrontational . Shady at best and this was uncalled for .
Took night shift 14 minutes to make potatoes and the employee that brought it out didn’t say a word just handed the food and walked off.

South Boston KFC/Ordered a 8 piece/chicken only:I received 8 pieces alright. 5 thighs ,1drumstick,2small wings. I thought an 8 piece would have 2breast ,2 wings,2 drumsticks, and 2thighs very poor service at this restaurant;you can count on it
I’m not sure what was going on. But for some reason I was asked about my order 3 times got to the window again found out my order was still wrong. I was given 2 different totals for the order one when I placed the order and a different total when I went to pay.. I will not stop here again.
Watch out when ordering here because something has changed. It used to be a nice place, but now you have to worry about getting scammed out of your money. I ordered food here and didn't receive my entire order. When I went in to tell them that they forgot something the manager said that they didn't ring me up for the entire order, but the price of food was way too expensive for what I received. The other workers there even said something didn't sound right and I received the rest of my order after the workers spoke up. I didn't receive a receipt since the woman at the drive thru said that she would put it in the bag, but of course she didn't. Just check your food and make sure you get a receipt when ordering here.
Chicken burnt, small biscuits, and small amount of fries
Be careful eating at this restaurant. If you have an issues with your food they will not refund you your money. Store manager confirmed this is a new policy put in place several months ago. In order to get a refund they will have to reach out to their Human Resource Department. The store manager quickly changed up when I ask what role does HR plays in the process customer refunds. Then she said she would have to reach out to the Director of Operations. Once again, sounds a little sketchy to me. Of course she changed gears again and told me she would have to reach out to the area coach. Customers should have the right to request a refund for low quality food at any restaurant.
