From doordash nothing was sealed and dirty
The chicken was hard and over cooked the chicken last week week when I went looked like it was cooked in old oil
South Boston KFC/Ordered a 8 piece/chicken only:I received 8 pieces alright. 5 thighs ,1drumstick,2small wings. I thought an 8 piece would have 2breast ,2 wings,2 drumsticks, and 2thighs very poor service at this restaurant;you can count on it
I’m not sure what was going on. But for some reason I was asked about my order 3 times got to the window again found out my order was still wrong. I was given 2 different totals for the order one when I placed the order and a different total when I went to pay.. I will not stop here again.
Watch out when ordering here because something has changed. It used to be a nice place, but now you have to worry about getting scammed out of your money. I ordered food here and didn't receive my entire order. When I went in to tell them that they forgot something the manager said that they didn't ring me up for the entire order, but the price of food was way too expensive for what I received. The other workers there even said something didn't sound right and I received the rest of my order after the workers spoke up. I didn't receive a receipt since the woman at the drive thru said that she would put it in the bag, but of course she didn't. Just check your food and make sure you get a receipt when ordering here.
Chicken burnt, small biscuits, and small amount of fries
Be careful eating at this restaurant. If you have an issues with your food they will not refund you your money. Store manager confirmed this is a new policy put in place several months ago. In order to get a refund they will have to reach out to their Human Resource Department. The store manager quickly changed up when I ask what role does HR plays in the process customer refunds. Then she said she would have to reach out to the Director of Operations. Once again, sounds a little sketchy to me. Of course she changed gears again and told me she would have to reach out to the area coach. Customers should have the right to request a refund for low quality food at any restaurant.
Food was fresh and hot wait time was extra long store was busy though
5 people there only 1 older lady was actually getting orders out. Food all over floor and workers walking in it. We waited 45 minutes and the order had nothing but liver and biscuit right.
I've been dining at this location for years, and it's always a good experience. My visit today was by far the best. The food came out quick and was fresh, the staff were working hard and getting along well, and the tables were the cleanest I've ever seen at a fast food establishment.

Piss poor customer service and just rude.
Whichever genius invented fried chicken livers ... Give them a pay rise. They are perfect. As is the pot pie. I've tried and I just can't eat both

They never have the orders from the app ready. They are never on time. They never have extra crispy chicken. What is really going on inside this place? Then, the chicken pieces be small for the price that has to be paid.
