Mansion Restaurant & Library Bar

As a musician/DJ, I perform there sometimes, but my Wife and I also meet friends there often for dinner and fun. It's a beautiful and historic campus where the food and service are impeccable.😀

Everything was awesome!!! The bacon wrapped scallops were huge and delicious and the bacon had very little fat. The beef and veggie skewers were the best I ever had with tender and tasty beef. The sauce was so outstanding, for the first time in my life I found myself dipping grilled onions in it and eating them by themselves!!! The Berry and goat cheese salad was also the best I have ever had!!! The homemade fresh strawberry dressing was as good as a dessert!!! Everything was the best that I ever had and I’m 62 years old!!! It was pricey. Without the tip, for my girlfriend and I to each have an appetizer, salad, and a beer the bill came to $84. Worth it in my expert 62 y/o opinion. My girlfriend (much younger than I) said ditto!

This is an awesome place to come and enjoy dinner. The library bar and mansion restaurant are in the main mansion. You just walk right in the front door. The food and service was excellent. Definitely worth the drive.

A beautiful, historic gem tucked away right outside of town. Friendly staff and amazing Chef. Highly recommend all aspects of this venue.

Our drinks and our food were EXCELLENT! My steak and my husband's chicken were perfectly cooked. The sides of green beans and potatoes for mine and risotto for my husband were so flavorful. Desserts of chocolate mousse cake and pecan pie were delightful. I truly wish this place was not 3 hours from our home. It was all just SO GOOD. The service and the atmosphere were also exceptional.

We once again enjoyed a meal here. The food is absolutely delicious and presented with some flair. The staff are all wonderful and accommodating to our needs. They could not be friendlier and helpful.

Very nice location, well maintained and we met a nice staff member who invited us in and even gave us a booklet of the history of the place. The rest of the experience was very disappointing- the hostess looked barely interested, food was mediocre and the salon experience next to the bar was very disappointing. If you want a classic pleasant evening with great surroundings- this has the surroundings but not the classic service one would expect at a place of this caliber.

We loved dining in the mansion for a romantic, quiet dinner. Everything was superb! We had the spinach and artichoke croquettes appetizer and both had the filet medallions as our entree followed by cheesecake for dessert.. It was delicious!

We were lucky that since only 4 people were being served, we could be seated despite the limitation of 10 people. Waitress was very good.

Stopped by yesterday for a snack. Great wings and quick service. And the Berry Arugula Salad is the deal! Ended up spending the night at the hotel.
