says drive thru I'd open until 12, lights are on screens are on, but no one will even answer or acknowledge you when you pull up just to ask if theyre open. if you advertise you're open and you look open, then be open! if you don't want to work the scheduled operating hours of a restaurant, take your lazy tail home
Before the remodel service was pretty fast most of time and food was hot majority of time. Decided to try out after the remodel. Ordered inside using the new kiosk. long wait for food. food was cold. what happened to cooking quarter pounder to order? Lettuce was soggy and wilted. I'll chalk it up to employees getting acquainted with the new remodel and hope for better next time.
I ordered a quarterpounder with cheese and lettuce tomato and mayo. On a special Burger you usually are assured to get a hot sandwich freshly made. This time, the cheese was not melted, the meat was cold, and the bun was hard and cold.
I don't usually buy fast food but I thought I would give the new store a try. Very disappointed and I actually had to pull over and wait in order to get a cold sandwich.
