The guy was cleaning the tip of the broom, then turn around fixing the fries then making drinks I said wow you donât wash your hands and he said he has customers I thought about FDA rules. He said this is Virginia. We donât have FDA. Thatâs good to know I thought it was everywhere but thatâs the last time I eat from there

Just went in had to use the rest room before a ordered, I'm so glad I did because I will not get food from a restaurant that can not keep restrooms clean if they won't do that I just feel they can not or will not keep the area of food prep clean or heck not to or way to dry hand so you no they are not even walking there hands before hand the food.

A lot of employees at this location are rude. They just look at you and hand you your stuff like you're bothering them. Learn some customer service skills.
Well first off I order a Mc chicken and got Mc double in five dollar bag. And she upcharged are drinks to large when we asked for medium she gave us large.
Now I work in a restaurant so I have a lot of patience. But I ordered a single happy meal and by the time I got to the window my order was lost. I pulled up to wait, and about 10 cars went through behind me. I was then brought out a single burger without the rest of my happy meal items. The sticker taped to the burger said âextra picklesâ and my burger had one single pickle on it. I then waited for the rest of my happy meal, and when I got it, it was missing the apples, so I parked and went into the store. When I got back to my car I realized there wasnât a single napkin in any of the bags I got. I am just truly baffled how such a simple order was so incorrect. I wont be back at this location. Yikes.
itâs been twice at this location weâre i get a frappe & itâs halfway full & the rest is top off with whip cream when you can simply make more product to top it off. Itâs just disappointing when you paying 10$ for 2 drinks & come half way full?âŠif you work in customer/food service make the items you serve the way you would want to receive them.
