it’s been twice at this location we’re i get a frappe & it’s halfway full & the rest is top off with whip cream when you can simply make more product to top it off. It’s just disappointing when you paying 10$ for 2 drinks & come half way full?…if you work in customer/food service make the items you serve the way you would want to receive them.

The food was lukewarm at best. The customer service was mediocre. No real greeting, followed by calling out part of the order and walking away. Did not provide the ranch sauce requested or offer ketchup. It is almost as if they didn't want you dining in anymore. It was very disappointing.

I ordered from door dash. I always order two sausage, egg and cheese McGriddles and one hash brown. This is the second time my sandwiches has been messed up. They cheese isn’t sliced cheese, and the eggs is boiled and the bun aren’t even for the McGriiddles. If y’all don’t have the certain stuff y’all need to let customers know especially if it’s doordash I’m very disappointed. Hope y’all fix this!

Worst McDonald's I've been to. Ordered 2 hamburgers, fries and a coke. Well then they didn't have no coke, they put cheese on my hamburgers, scraped off the cheese and there wasn't nothing else on the sandwich, no ketchup, no mustard, nothing. And the fries tasted like they were cooked in spoiled cooking oil.

After ordering a cold coffee drink they got it wrong and told me to pull forward and they would bring the drink out. After a few minutes Lakia Martin comes to the car and said I ask for the drink they made and I said no I ask for the other drink. She told me I did not order that drink I ordered what she made. I told her I can’t believe you came out front to my car to argue over a $3 drink! I told her I want Ed the other drink to go inside and make it, she ask me who I was telling to do something I told her I’m talking to you go make the drink. She turned and went inside and never brought the drink out. My teen was extremely upset and told me to just take him to school he didn’t want me going inside. After dropping him at school I came back to talk to the manager, while waiting at the counter I could hear Lakia talking out loud about me ordering one drink and wanting a different one at the window. I know what I said and repeated it twice at the speaker.
The drink was not the issue for me it was the nerve Lakia had to walk out front and question a customer over a $3 drink to just prove she wasn’t wrong! Which she was most definitely wrong. I had strong words at the counter and ask to speak to the manager, she was non responsive and continues to work and avoided coming out to speak to me. I waited and gave myself time to relax. 15 mins past and she was clearly not coming out so I went t to the counter and before I could say anything she told me “it’s our breakfast rush and she didn’t have time to talk to me that I could come back and speak to the manager”
I politely ask for her name, Lakia’s name and the district managers name”, which she answered and said she didn’t know who the district manager was. After 5 mins she brought me a piece of paper with her first name Lakias first name and the district managers name but no number.
She believes coming out and questioning me is fine, her condescending tone and posture as if I would apologize to her and tell her she was right, I mean what was the purpose other than to prove she was right?
It’s people of Lakia’s caliber that cause poor service and confrontation to customers who on average spend well over $300 a month at their restaurant!
Not again, I will be back. But only if Lakia is no longer employed there. She is a liability to that restaurant and its management team.

Went here, hoping theyd be better than most locations. I was wrong. The drive thru employee was awesome! The food was highly lacking. Wheres the SAUCE? Asked for extra tartar and paid for extra tartar. Didnt get it. The Big Macs tasted weird! Barely any sauce on those either. Wont be back. My dogs loved it all! 🐾

says drive thru I'd open until 12, lights are on screens are on, but no one will even answer or acknowledge you when you pull up just to ask if theyre open. if you advertise you're open and you look open, then be open! if you don't want to work the scheduled operating hours of a restaurant, take your lazy tail home
Stopped here after vet to grab breakfast and get my puppers a pup cup... They gave me a coffee cup full of whip cream. While I appreciated that, he didn't need that much. Maybe they were making up for the egg McMuffin having no meat and not including my hashbrown.
Seems all McD's have went downhill lately.

I've been going to this location for some time now. Quite often my order/ orders are wrong. But this most recent time was highly unprofessional. I had one order for 2 people. The order seemed fine, until I went to cash out. The receipt was completely wrong. I didn't notice until i went to get the food. I attempted multiple times to calmly explain that the orders we're wrong but the staff we're more worried about holding up the line. Finally the GM was brought in and fixed the order. However he was extremely upset. While handing our food to us, a remark was said. ( It's not worth holding up the line, have a nice day.) If I'm paying for overpriced garbage, the least you could do is get the order right for the love of God. I'm done with fast food. It's not worth it anymore.
