We got hit fudge sundae. The fudge was poured on top, nothing on the sides and dripping thru the plastic cover. The person who took our order wouldn't speak up, the young man that served us said "yah here'. No napkins. Just sad how customer service is now.

I frequently go to this McDonald's, but the last few weeks have been very disappointing. In the 4 times I've ordered in the last 2 weeks, 2 out of the 4 I did not receive my whole order. First time I was not given 20 chicken nuggets, and this last time, I did not receive 2 of my Mcdoubles.Definitely feels like they are being trained not to put all of the food in the bags and see who notices it. Won't be coming here for a very long time, just blatant stealing people's money at this point.

After class I went to McDonald’s in centerville to get some food and experienced an interesting experience. The GM was screaming at employees and being rather rude to them. To the point me sitting on one side of the store I could hear them from the other end. All over cause she used to a little to much careful on my frappe. When I was handed my frappe there was honestly not that much caramel. Also I used to be a McDonald’s employee in highschool and Ik how much caramel is needed and she did just the right amount. I’m so glad I decided to start working at Hardee’s and leave the horrible atmosphere of working for McDonald’s. Working there is signing up to be verbally abused and treated like a slave. I feel so sorry for that employee when she handed me that frappe. She was so timid and scared and even shaking just a slight bit, if that doesn’t scream uncomfortable and toxic work environment idk what does.
