I've been here a couple times and never had any issues, but went last night and the food was terrible and the service was even worse. We arrived at 9pm, they close at 10pm, and none of the 4 meals that were ordered were fresh. If they close their kitchen at 9pm then that should be posted for everyone to know, but paying full price for old food isn't acceptable. I was unable to even eat my chicken fajitas because the tortillas I was given were hard and crunchy, obviously they had been sitting under a warmer for a considerable length of time, I sent them back for a replacement but the replacement was the same, they were inedible. I asked for a refund of my personal meal and the waitress rolled her eyes and got visibly upset and annoyed. In hindsight I'm glad I was unable to eat any of my meal because my wife now has severe food poisoning and the Mexican is all she's eaten within the last 24 hours. The owner was nice about it and apologized, that's the reason for 2 stars instead of 1.

Always a great experience!!! The hot chili wings are super, also the Topo Polla (and everything else on the menu). Jose' runs a tight ship and service is great!They have several Mexican beers in the bottle and at least 1 Mexican beer on tap. The booths are private and spacious. The bar room (full service - beer, wine, and the hard stuff) is separate and has a bar and booths

Are you suppose to get the chips & salsa complimentary at this Mexican restaurant? First time eating here no chips or salsa and was never asked. Food cost $50 . The only reason I go to Mexican restaurant cause chips and salsa come with the food.

It started when I came in the door smoking or non-smoking seat They ask I knew they would be a problem Just by the staff got the salsa taste like it was watered down got the tacos chicken steak and chorizo sausage cannot eat them this is definitely not authentic Mexican food came in because of the name mi carretta live in Lynchburg they have lacoretta it’s A1 Mexican restaurant there thought it might be similar boy was our fooled I Told The waitress I did not like the food I ate about 2 bites altogether didn’t offer to refund my money
