The last 3 times we have eaten at this location, the girl named Celine has been absolutely the rudest person to deal with. She seems to just hate her job and people!! They should reconsider letting her wait on customers with the attitude of hers. Will not be back!

2 subs for the price of 30$ is entirely too much. Nothing else came with it. Better off eating at home. The white girl (Hannah)was very rude she looks like she does drugs. She was grinning the entire time while the other older professional woman was taking my order. Didn't want her touching my food. Call someone else sugar, I see why they have just anyone working making sandwich meat sandwichs. Gross. Will be calling corporate office to make my complaint official. Not worth eating here

Two ladies there were very nice. The lady that rang us up on the register was so rude. She is not a people person. She said if you wanted a combo meal you had to order online. We couldn't add chips and drink with our sub to make it a combo.

That Rhonda lady is absolutely hateful! If she hates her job that much, why is she there? She’s never happy, never polite, never smiling. Rolls her eyes when you order. Acts like yr bothering her. Just an all around disgusting behavior.And when I tried to talk to the manager about being over charged awhile back….(an error on their end) she was very rude…as well…evidently it’s criteria to be snotty to work there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a starving person.

The subway was soggy. Past few orders I’ve ordered and paid for a bottle soda instead I get fountain drinks. The receipt clearly shows 20 oz bottle with the price of a bottle not a fountain. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude as I’ve explained to her this has now happened twice. Called to speak to a manager and was told she is off on Mondays.

Couldn't replace pepperoni on subs with something else had to chose a sub that didn't have pepperoni on it. Also ask for subs to be toasted the guy took it out of the toaster before half way toasted.

I don’t understand why when I door dash they always forget 1 thing EVERYTIME! It’s not like I get A lot of stuff.. I get 2 items and you forget 1? How is that possible?

Absolutely horrible experience.I would give it zero stars if Google would let me. I placed an online order for a sub, using the choose veggies section on the app, I removed some of the vegetables that standardly come on the sub. When I received my sandwich, it had the vegetables on it that I had removed in my order. I called the store and informed the lady that answered the phone that my order was made incorrectly, I described what was wrong, and even explained why I could not have those vegetables. She informed me that her manager told them they had to put everything on a sub that comes on it unless you add an additional typed request to remove an item even if you already removed the items. I asked could they remake my sub, and they did (while continuing to explain the nonsense the manager told them to do). Apparently, they passed along my number to the manager in the morning who was EXTREMELY NASTY! When I returned his call, instead of calm explanation, he was rude, told me lies about the online order process (that use regularly), did not offer an apology, and hung up on me. Then several minutes later calls me back to apologize, after calling corporate (who told him he was wrong), yet he refused to give me his managers contact information. I will not return to this location.
