Visited on a Monday at noon. Placed an order for 2 BLT's. They were not busy, ~plenty of empty tables. After almost a 45 wait, they attempted to give us the wrong food. They then tried 5 minutes later to again give us the wrong order. After another 5 minutes the girl Who took my order finally let me know that they were out of bacon. It took an hour to let me know that they were out of bacon. How does that happen? Horrible customer service at its finest with zero accountability. The girl behind the counter told me that it was not her fault? Please tell me then, whose fault is it that you wasted an hour of my time? It was then a rigmarole to even get my refund. I will never return and I recommend but no one else visits there unless you enjoy horrible customer service with no accountability and not getting the food you ordered. :)

Ordered soup and side salad. Tomato Basil soup was too sweet. Salad came with about a Tablespoon of dressing. When I asked for more, I was informed that it would be an additional charge of 50 cents each. The reason she gave was an abrupt, rude "Everything costs money". We won't be back.

The Busy Bean has a relaxing & eclectic atmoswith exposed brick, a high ceiling, inviting colors, tables, and an array of impressive artwork and antiques for sale. Busy Bean has a wide selection of coffee, espresso and speciality tea drinks as well as seasonal flavors. Their breakfast and lunch options are fresh and tasty. We got a feta cheese avocado toast and a bacon omlette. I couldn't recommend the busy bean in southern Virginia more ?
