The Busy Bean has a relaxing & eclectic atmoswith exposed brick, a high ceiling, inviting colors, tables, and an array of impressive artwork and antiques for sale. Busy Bean has a wide selection of coffee, espresso and speciality tea drinks as well as seasonal flavors. Their breakfast and lunch options are fresh and tasty. We got a feta cheese avocado toast and a bacon omlette. I couldn't recommend the busy bean in southern Virginia more ?

Where did the space come from in here? It's much larger than appears. The aesthetics give a cozy vibe and Instagrammable space. Coffee and smoothie selections. Sandwiches and soup. And don't skip the pastries!

First time going through town, saw the coffee shop and couldn't help but stoping. Coffee is good, I like the latte stronger. The omelettes are delicious. Great place for a quick breakfast.

Warm, friendly, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, lunch, coffees, shakes, art, and more. And you will always see friends coming and going. One can sit, sip a cup of coffee, linger over lunch whether alone or with a friend. There is always welcoming smiles from the cheerful staff and the beautiful loving owner. It's one of my happy places. ❤❤❤❤❤

I was in from out of town and needed a place to relax outside of my hotel room and this was perfect. I love the atmosphere, the staff were phenomenal, and the food was so good. If I lived closer I would love to come back.

Great little place where you could get some coffee and do some work if you need to. Would highly recommend a visit if you’re passing through or staying in south Boston!

Great environment and very friendly staff. They have a wide assortment of hot and cold beverages. I have had the BLT sandwich (great), the chicken and ranch (so-so, it was a bit dry), and the chicken salad sandwich (good, but I have had better. Advice - add diced apples and/or grapes to the chicken salad and got a winner).

Food options are limited for non-pork/meat eaters, but the coffee is great! Many flavor combinations to choose from.

You think that this cafe would be small but it is a large interesting place with fantastic food and coffee! They graciously let is bring our Belgium Mal dog in side, it was really hot outside! We loved our time there! Everyone is friendly.
