I was born and raised on some good ol Bojangles. I loved hearing “It’s BoTime” as a child. This was the worst experience I had at any Bojangles in my 28 years of living. When I placed the order the person who took my order greeted me with what seemed to be an attitude. After taking my order I asked questions to clarify that the order would be correct. The person who took my order seemed annoyed that I was asking questions and that I corrected her and added items to the order. I am always extremely polite and in this case I ensured to say please and thank you after every sentence. I even asked her “are you having a good day today?”She said “not really.” I then said “I can tell” and proceed to ask her if there “was anything I could do to make it better.” She said “no” and told me my total. This is extremely unprofessional. When I got to the window a different girl who gave me the drinks was now at the window. I believe the person who took my order was wearing a black shirt and likely the manager (she was wearing the headset). This entire experience was disappointing. My supremes were burnt, the sweet tea was tasteless. I am active duty Army currently on leave from Japan to visit family. Bojangles is the first restaurant I’ve eaten at since being back in the US, and I am disappointed by the lack of souther hospitality, manners, taste of the food, care taken with the order, and the speed of service at this location.

Just got a 3 piece dinner meal there. To start off terrible customer service from ordering to getting my food. And they couldn’t even get the meal right on a slow night. If you hate your job, go work somewhere else. That’s my second time giving them a chance and both times customer service was absolutely awful. Rude, rushed and sounds like they’re eating the mic when they talk. Direct reflection of the leadership at this location. 10/10 would not recommend this bojangles.

Stopped here halfway through a long trip. It was insanely busy but we were still served with 5 minutes of being here. Food was on point and we were welcomed by multiple workers as we walked through the door. One of the best bojangles locations I've been to!

First time. Cashier was on her phone. Didn't have interest in her job. They need to better at cleaning behind the counter. Food literally was thrown together. Fries didn't even make it to the fry bag. Some were smashed. Picture below

We stopped while traveling, the cashier was nice but everyone else has No customer skills. You can definitely tell No One wanted to be there. The lady in the lobby , was in the lobby the entire time we waited for food for about 20 minutes, never cleaned the floor where someone spilled a drink, walked around looking busy but not. That was her only job I assume because thats all she did. She waited until I approached the condiment stand to approach me and tell me She needed to get in the cabinet with out waiting for me to move she pushed her way past me. No sauces available, no ketchup, mayo , I just left. The food was cold and my biscuit was under my chicken. Needless to say we paid almost 30 dollars and ate none of it. I will never stop here again and you shouldn't either. I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and I had to stop the lady making it as she was about to put sausage gravy directly on the LG potatoes. No chicken gravy available at all. I am allergic to pork. Weird and rude. No eye contact and floors were mopped with greasy mop. Floors slick and disgusting. Wasted money on crap.

The staff at this bojangles were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. They even clear the tables for you like the Bojanlges of old. I’ve been to probably 25+ locations and this was one of the best.
