Very clean restaurant. Close to highway. Workers pleasant and food service was quick.
Food was alright, but I think they try to be a smart ass when u ask for a pack of hot sauce. Cause I was given 13 packs of ketchup with no fries and about 15 packs of hot sauce for a 2 piece meal. Write that down for waste, 😂😂 just so u know customers don't like to be cut off and rushed. When they come inside it may mean they are indecisive and need a minute. After spending almost $30 my drink was the best thing I had cause the food lack the proper seasoning. The beans and rice was bland didn't have the normal kick. I asked for regular chicken and got spicy, really. Customer service needs work here, at least it did on 12/11/25 at 1:15 pm. Thanks for the extra sauces, the one below are left over so I'll save them for the next time y'all leave sauce out of the bag👍👍👍

The chicken was lacking in taste and crunch. Taste like just chicken that was fried with no seasoning on it esp the breast. Fried chicken should be tasteful with that taste transmitting throughout the meat not just the crust. The crust should be crunchy and the meat moist... not have a soggy crust with tough and chewy meat. Yuk! What we got was overpriced bc of the condition of what was served. The service was ok. Bc of the crowd /the customers that came in all at once, the workers did their best. Could have been better. But they were able to get the crowd down fast. Good thing they had enough food available at the time. The atmosphere was very busy. The restaurant was clean. They had an older worker there cleaning up the area where tables and chairs were along with helping their customers which is always nice. She was nice and helpful.

Food pretty good. I had their chicken sandwich and some seasoned fries. Pretty average but wish I could of got it really spicy. The chicken was fried really good and the meat was juicy. Delicious. The staff are very nice too.
The whole restaurant was very clean and well kept. They take their cleaning pretty seriously.
Though the did keep their cleaning supplies on the counter of the baby changing area of the women's bathroom. I didn't want to touch their items but also they didn't understand why I needed that counter space. If there is no proper changing table that counter should be kept clear, especially of cleaning chemicals. I don't know why it wasn't kept away in a locker. But it was pretty late at night so maybe they were about to start cleaning in the bathroom or had just finished.
Anyways, besides that the visit was good. Would definitely order food from them again. Good spot for a chain restaurant.

This is the best Bojangles experience I've had in a long time! The young man taking orders in the drive-thru line was very pleasant. The girl at the window wasn't overly friendly, but maybe she was caught up in her duties. The biscuit was well-done, like I like them & the chicken was fresh. The line moved quickly. This was my first and only experience at this location so I hope its as good or better if I return.
