We go this location often but have had several bad experiences. The last one was this weekend waiting almost an hour to eat. Please try to figure out why this location has the worst kitchen staff and at times service. Please consider paying better wages to get better help.

We waited 15 minutes before we saw the hostess to get seated, several people behind us left. Then we waited about 45 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. Different tables had got seated, placed their order, got it, ate it, and then left before we got our food.

The service wasn't good today. Cracker Barrel is usually a treat for me...but when you sit for 20 minutes before you get a water and coffee...and that was by a manager that I called over to the table. Had to ask for silverware, thinking my food was on the way...and waiting another 25 minutes for the manager to come by and ask had I not received my food yet. I told her NO! And I have no idea who my server is...all of a sudden, the food appears. Now this is only for 1 person, not a table full of people. Then the server asked if I want more water or coffee. That would be a HECK NAW!!!!! I don't see you like you haven't seen me all of this time. I've NEVER not left a tip, today was that day! Awful service! Do better AND I wasn't the only customer that wasn't happy. No discrimination in the service today 😢!!!

Asked before we were seated did they have chicken dinner. Was told yes
When ordered then told didn't have it. We had been told this on a prior visit and stayed to eat. When were told they did and then told no once we were seated, we left. Sorry. Also agree with others, the charms of the store and cracker barrel logo shouldn't be changed.

I visited Cracker Barrel twice during a 11 day vacation. I ordered the Mama's combo both times. The meal was excellent. The reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because during the 1st visit our hotess bought us a basket of biscuits but the 2nd time we didn't receive them. When I inquire why she didn't really have a good reason why

I would like someone in management to know that Ildiko, my lovely server who was from Hungary, did an AMAZING job serving me and my family despite the poor kitchen staff. There was one chef in the kitchen who was clearly high when I saw him walk into the kitchen. It was Labor Day, so I understand there were staffing issues. Either way, he completely neglected to make certain dishes, which left us waiting almost an hour for our food. Other tables were complaining as well. The servers get all the blame for problems that exist solely in the kitchen, and I’m calling it out. To the manager of this location, please improve your kitchen staff, and praise your servers who do all the dirty work. Ildiko, you are amazing!

We asked if we can sit our family of 10 at the same table after they sat us at 3 separate tables in the same section. Kathy’s response was “the manager agreed that we would sit you guys at separated tables in the same section.” I told her “if that’s our only option then fine.” Meanwhile the restaurant is half empty. 10-15 mins later, another family of 10 gets seated all together. If we needed to wait or whatever we could have, but when we spoke tot he manager she just said she didn’t say that and that she would talk to Kathy about it. We still had to sit at separate tables. 1star.

2nd time ever the food wasn't on point and I couldn't get chicken sausage because they were frozen....the one thing that I look forward too...pancakes....they were terrible....my server was very good and she made good on the issues...Very disappointed!
