Truly bad experience. Went after lunch when it was starting to wind down. The place was pretty enpty by the time we ordered our food. It was an hour from the time our waitress took our order until our food arrived. Burgers were burnt and dry. Had to ask for utensils. No dressing with the salad, then they didn't have anything available for dressings. Finally found something in the back. When asked for ketchup, she brought an almost empty bottle. So we had to flag her down and get more ketchup. I honestly think the waitress forgot to put our order in and then made the kitchen rush it.

The loaded mashed potatoes were FULL of fat instead of bacon pieces (there was very little lean in the bacon). We sat and waited to be waited on for nearly 30 minutes. Definitely not worth the wait.

Everything here is great except it seems to take a really long time to get our food no matter what time of the day we come here. Don't stop if you don't have at least an hour.

Mikayla M was the worst server that ever waited on me at cracker barrel. My broccoli casserole was cold as ice. I asked for new one or to reheat mine. After waiting 15-20 minutes of waiting. She gave me my ticket and said, “it is going to be a long wait to get your casserole.” She never refilled our drinks and I had to ask the hostess for a box and for silverware.

This was quite unusual. Maybe due to being a holiday. Dined in. Cornbread was burnt, my hubby asked for mac&cheese - first was cold, sent back and next was indeed hot, sadly burnt. My meal was good - very end of meatloaf was burnt but no real issue.

My wife ordered meat loaf which was burned. To a crisp. You could pick it up and bang it on the plate. I can’t believe the kitchen would send that out for someone to eat. The mashed potato tasted like dirt with a small drizzle of gravy. As for my dinner was good chicken and dumplings was great the side was exceptional. The service was great couldn’t ask for better. Checking out was a different story two employees hung out at the checkout making we wait a few minutes before I could pay.

The only thing worse than the pancakes is the syrup-colored water they give you in a bottle to drizzle over these disgusting things. Edit: unless you’re going to overhaul your recipe so that it’s on par with every other restaurant that sells pancakes and decent syrup, I have no earthly idea what you can do to “fix this.”
