My orders are always wrong. Tonight my handmade pan pizza with mushrooms came to me hand-tossed with no mushrooms. This happens every time I order now.

EVERY AND I MEAN EVERY TIME I'VE ORDERED THIS HIGH PRICED AHH FOOD IT'S BURNT. IF YOU'RE A DELIVERY DRIVER IT'S ONE OF THE REASONS STOPPED GIVING TIPS. FOOD COSTS TOO MUCH TO ALWAYS BE GETTING BURNT FREAKING FOOD. THEN THEY HARDLY PUT ANY TOPPINGS ON WHAT THEY GIVE YOU. IT IS A CONSTANT WITH RESTAURANTS DOWN HERE IN SOUTH HILL. MAJORITY SEEM SUCK AND THIS RESTAURANT IS NO ACCEPTION!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING FOOD!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars: I usually check my food anywhere before leaving but I didn’t tonight. BURNT!!! Now they know darn well that shouldn’t have even been an attempted sale. Like I would’ve waited longer for unburnt food. I’m really upset my babies ate that pizza. Saw the plate with almost a slice still on it but when flipped it over they had eaten some of the top off. It even smelt burnt. I will b calling them tomorrow 😡

Online orders were not being accepted & was told to call the store. I called several times but no one ever answered. I bought pizza elsewhere & it wasn't Dominos.

The customer service was OK. The food was just terrible burnt and the wrong order. The wait time was real long and it was flies flying around. It was a disgrace and my last time I will spend my money at this restaurant and the pizza had no flavor no taste. I wish I can get my money back.

What a 'Joy' it was to decide on Domino's on this particular night... I order a simple pizza (Brooklyn style half pepperoni/pineapple and half cheese)Joy, whom made it VERY CLEAR that she was the manager made my pizza...the first time, yes the first time, I received a whole pizza with pepperoni and pineapple, simple mistake right? I returned the pizza to the counter along with the receipt so they had the correct order, with frustration as I had 5 picky eaters in the car that now have to wait 15 more minutes for Joy to correct the pizza, I took a slice on my way out for my autistic son who refused to wait and being hungry is his number one trigger! As I'm walking out manager JOY YELLS TO ME 'DO YOU JUST WANT A REFUND' no Joy, I'd like to feed my kids that are in the car and hungry if that's okay with you....fast forward to 30 minutes later, I decide I'd go see why the pizza is taking so long...yeah they just sat it on the shelf and didn't even bother to bring it out as my original order was a curbside delivery, least of my problem, the second pizza was original crust and half pepperoni and half pineapple....so as I sat in the lobby to tell Joy she made my pizza wrong again, she decided to pretend I wasn't sitting there and helped every other customer until I addressed her and told me I was wrong and she was right and emphasized that she was the manager. I walked out and that was the end of that. I've given Domino's way too much money to be disrespected. I don't think JOY likes her job much either. I have witnesses!!! The employees at Cricket wireless were sitting outside and witnessed the entire thing, sadly....

Made the order about 35 minutes prior to arriving to the location , still wasn’t done when I got here and the doors were locked so that customers couldn’t come in the store , and even when I and other people were standing out there they still didn’t come and answer the door to give anyone their orders.

Did online order for 50% off pizza on June 09,2024. @3:26 pm. Pick it open paid with Card , upon leaving heading back home check the pizza. What should have been Medium Deluxe with extra pepperoni hand toss , was “No” way near .Pizza was so thin that when moving from slice pieces it just falls apart at center. My day was good and still is as of now , I understand we’re not perfect @we can’t always have good days. Please try to be better next time.rt/jr.
